　　中國通過運動員(mobilize)全社會的資源來發展學前教育。雖然當地政府會開辦幼兒園，但也鼓勵單位團體、社會組織以及個人去開辦幼兒園。幼兒園采用將兒童保育和教育相結合的原則，并且保證幼兒得到體力、智力、道德和美學的(aesthetic)全方位發展。讓玩耍成為活動的主要形式，幼兒園創造了一個適于學習的良好環境，并且給嬰幼JL4f3提供機會和條件來練習和展現他們的才能。

　　China develops its preschool education by mobilizing the resources of the whole society. While local governments run kindergartens， work units， social organizations and individuals are also encouraged to open kindergartens. Kindergartens apply the principle of combining child care with education，and ensure山at the infants achieve all.round physical.intellectual，moral and aesthetic development.With play as the basic form of activity，kindergartens create a good environment for learning and provide the infants with opportunities and conditions to exercise and display their abilities.

　　難點注釋

　　1.第一句中，句子主干是“中國發展學前教育”，“通過……”翻譯為介詞短 語;“學前教育”可譯為preschool education;“全社會的資源”可譯為the resources of the whole society。

　　2.第二句中，“雖然”還可以用although來表達;為避免重復，“開辦幼兒園”分別譯為了run kindergartens和open kindergartens。

　　3.第三句中，“采用……的`原則”可譯為apply the principle of;“將兒童保育 和教育相結合”可譯為combining child care with education。

　　4.第四句中，“適于學習的良好環境”可以用a good environment for learning 來表達;“給……提供……”可譯為provide…with…;“練習和展現他們 的才能”可譯為exercise and display their abilities。

　　中國國際出版集團(China International Publishing Group)是中國最大的、最權威的外語出版發行單位。它堅持“讓中國走向世界，讓世界了解中國”的出版原則(philosophy)，全心致力于中國外語教育與研究事業的發展，以及中外文化交流事業的拓展。為了加強對出版人才隊伍的建設，該集團每年都要選派一些青年員工到國內外知名高等學府和研究機構進修。

　　China International Publishing Group is the largest and the most authoritative foreign language publishing and distribution establishment. Adhering to the publishing philosophy of“assisting China's march to the world and facilitating world’s understanding of China”.the Group commits itself entirely to promoting foreign language education and research in China and advancing cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.In order to build up a strong team of publishing staff，the Group makes it a rule that young staff will be selected and sent to noted universities and research institutions, both domestic and overseas，for further studies every year.

　　難點注釋

　　1.第一句中，“最權威”可以譯成the most authoritative;“出版發行”是兩個名詞，可以譯為publishing and distribution。

　　2.第二句比較復雜，通過分析發現，“堅持……的.出版原則”可以譯成一個現在分詞短語作句子的狀語，即adhering to…;“全心致力于……”可以作主句，主語是the Group，因此可以譯成the Group commits itself entirely to…：commits itself entirely to…中的to是介詞，后面應接動名詞形式，即 翻譯成promotin9…和advancing…。

　　3.第三句中，“為了”可譯為in order to;“都要……”可以理解為“作為常例”，可譯為makes it a rule;“選派”包含了“選”和“派”，且此處譯為被動語態更客觀，所以可譯為be selected and sent to…。
