高中英語課堂提問三技巧之二
一、將較難的'問題分解為若干個小問題，使之簡單化。比如，
Is it a good idea to built houses along the lines where two of the earth''s plates join together?
Is it a good idea to build houses on sand?
Can weak buildings stay up in an earthquake?
二、靈活運用多種提問方法
教師要活躍課堂氣氛，駕馭學生思維，豐富課堂教學內(nèi)容，就必須靈活運用多種提問方法，提問的方法有以下幾種：
1、單個回答由個別學生單獨回答某個問題。
2、小組討論由小組成員集體討論，最后由小組代表回答，其他成員補充。
3、全班討論全班同學共同討論同一問題，各抒己見，最終得出統(tǒng)一答案。
4、例如，在講授高二英語上冊的Lesson 34 EARTH、AIR與WATER三篇短文時，可以穿插以下的一些問題：
（1）.Why is the area of desert growing every year?
（2）.What are the causes of air pollution?
（3）.What is the general cause of water pollution?
