詢問信寫作“三步走”：
引言部分自我介紹并講明詢問目的→發(fā)展部分是詢問的主要內(nèi)容→最后期待回復(fù)并表示感謝。
注意：
為了讓對方一目了然，也便于回答，在內(nèi)容的安排上應(yīng)該簡明扼要，可以用數(shù)字列出具體問題，如first, second, third or 1、2、3。
由于詢問有可能給對方帶來麻煩，所以語言應(yīng)簡潔、清晰、無歧義。語氣禮貌、懇切。

自我介紹,表明寫信目的是咨詢某事;
