商務英語寫作小竅門有哪些

　　在跨國商業活動中，商務英語的使用已成為商務人士生活的一部分。隨著亞洲經濟體不斷擴大并越來越多地融入全球一體化經濟，清晰的寫作思路和準確的寫作能力在信息交換中起著重要的作用。

　　五個商務英語寫作的小竅門：

　　1.商業計劃書要寫得具有個性化，這樣才能對潛在客戶有利。

　　2.根據所涉及業務的具體情況，使用恰當的詞匯并把握文書的正式程度。

　　3.應盡量使用具有性別和文化敏感性的語言。

　　4.內容應盡量具體，但表達不宜冗長。同時應避免使用難懂的術語。

　　5.注意稱謂，正確使用姓名和頭銜。
