英語閱讀教學(xué)活動設(shè)計
針對初中英語閱讀教學(xué)中的弊端，教師應(yīng)以話題、訓(xùn)練和主線三個要素為出發(fā)點，對閱讀教學(xué)的讀前、讀中和讀后活動以及教學(xué)的整體銜接進行設(shè)計。以下是小編整理的英語閱讀教學(xué)活動設(shè)計，歡迎閱讀。
1.“課堂導(dǎo)入”活動設(shè)計
導(dǎo)入活動應(yīng)盡可能簡潔高效，針對性強，能夠在短時間內(nèi)激活學(xué)生相關(guān)的背景知識，激發(fā)學(xué)生的求知欲望，時間一般控制在5分鐘以內(nèi)。常用的活動形式有（1）頭腦風(fēng)暴（2）討論（3）提問等，要充分利用多媒體平臺，有效利用與文本話題相關(guān)的視聽材料，調(diào)動起學(xué)生的各種感官，激發(fā)他們的求知欲。
2.“整體感知”活動設(shè)計
“整體感知” 即把握主旨大意和篇章結(jié)構(gòu)，整體理解文章。在活動設(shè)計過程中要善于抓文章的標(biāo)題、主題句和關(guān)鍵詞等。例如Book6 Unit4 THE EARTH IS BECOMING WARMER – BUT DOES IT MATTER? 這是一篇雜志文章，主要講述了地球溫度上升的現(xiàn)象和原因，以及不同的科學(xué)家對這一現(xiàn)象的不同看法。這篇文章有著雜志文章典型的特征：有標(biāo)題，導(dǎo)語，圖表、引言、段落由主題句統(tǒng)領(lǐng)等。設(shè)計教學(xué)活動時要充分利用這些特點，讓學(xué)生去整體感知文章內(nèi)容，把握結(jié)構(gòu)脈絡(luò)。可設(shè)計如下教學(xué)活動：
Activity 1: Glance quickly at the magazine article and answer the questions:
1)Who wrote the magazine article? What is the name of the magazine?
2)What are the two graphs about?
3)What are the names of the three scientists mentioned in the article?
4)What do they think about global warming? Do they agree with one another?
5)What is the main topic of the article?
Activity 2: Skim the article and find out the main idea of each part.
Part 1(Para 1)Explain how global warming comes about.
Part 2(Para 2-5)Introduce the topic of global warming.
Part 3(Para 6)Should we do something about global warming?
Part 4(Para7)Different attitudes among scientists towards global warming.
3.“問題探究”活動設(shè)計
針對文本的內(nèi)容、語言結(jié)構(gòu)特征，設(shè)計問題，在問題的引領(lǐng)下，讓學(xué)生進行探究式學(xué)習(xí)。設(shè)計問題時要注意抓住主要事實和關(guān)鍵信息，揭示文章的深層涵義，鍛煉學(xué)生的分析歸納能力和邏輯推理能力。例如Book6 Unit4 THE EARTH IS BECOMING WARMER – BUT DOES IT MATTER? 在細讀環(huán)節(jié)可設(shè)計如下教學(xué)活動：
Task 1：Read the article carefully and answer the questions. List the main ideas and major details.
1)What is global warming?
2)How has this come about?
3)What are the positive and negative effects of global warming?
Task 2：Discuss the question in groups of four: Should we do something about the global warming? You may use some arguments from the article.
4.“語言訓(xùn)練”活動設(shè)計
語言目標(biāo)的達成需要結(jié)合文本語境，貫穿文本的理解過程，盡可能多的在課堂內(nèi)重現(xiàn)目標(biāo)詞匯，還可按照呈現(xiàn)——復(fù)現(xiàn)——操練——運用的步驟圍繞主題有層次地進行詞匯操練，實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)詞匯在課堂內(nèi)的循環(huán)。教學(xué)活動可以采用猜測新詞，詞匯替換，文段改寫填空練習(xí)，也可進行運用詞匯問答、復(fù)述、討論或者佳句、佳段賞析背誦等。還以Book6 Unit5 AN EXCITING JOB 為例，設(shè)計讀后活動如下：
Complete the paragraph about the writer’s first experience of volcano eruption.
I was __fast__ asleep when my bed began __shaking__ and I heard a __strange__ sound, like a train __passing my window. Then suddenly I found my bedroom become as __bright_ as day and red hot lava __fountaining_ hundreds of meters into the air. The next day, two other scientists and I wanted to get close to the __crater_. We put on white protective __suits , __helmets_, big __boots_ and special __gloves_, which made us look like ___spacemen__. We slowly ___made our way__ to the edge of the crater to collect some __lava__ for later study.
總之，閱讀教學(xué)是高中英語教學(xué)的重頭戲。要搞好閱讀教學(xué)教師必須充分解讀文本，準(zhǔn)確定位教學(xué)目標(biāo)，合理設(shè)計和有效實施教學(xué)活動，才能有效培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合語言運用能力，提高閱讀課的教學(xué)效率。
