英語四年級上冊《What do they want?》的教學片斷賞析
一、 Sing a song: Do you want a basketball？
讓學生唱這首歌，可以鞏固對所學句型的熟悉程度，又可以激發學生學習英語的熱情。
在第一課時，學生已初步感知了了兩個句型，What do you want? I want a .Do you want a ?
二、 Teaching new words:
T: I love my daughter and I always buy so many toys to her. Look ,there are some toys, do you like them?，
這節課所學的的單詞比較長，也比較難讀，所以我設計從自己女兒的玩具入手引入。學生看到我女兒的照片，注意力馬上被吸引住，在學生注意力集中的時候，我便順水推舟引出新單詞，興趣是最好的的老師，在這么感興趣的狀態下，學生很快自主地克服了單詞較長讀音較難的難點。
T :What do you want?

I want a ……。
T：What do you want?
S:I want a drum.
T :What does shehe want?

學生的好奇心很強，好奇心能激發學生求知的欲望。在這一節課，這一點我做得比較好，我用一個盒子把玩具藏起來，變魔術呈現玩具，學生爭先鞏后地猜這是什么，當老師示范讀音時，學生積極地模仿，收到了很好的教學效果。
在教完單詞后，我讓學生每人寫一個單詞在小紙條上，以抽簽的形式讀單詞，這樣做的`好處是能夠讓學生每個單詞都練習到，避免學生在練習時，只練習自已最熟悉的詞。
三、 Practice
Let the Ss work in pair and then call out some pairs to act out the dialogue.
練習完單詞后，我再用同樣的方法，讓學生任意抽出一個單詞進行對話，這
樣一來學生練習的次數、內容比直接兩人對話豐富得多。
四、 Change the words, and then sing a song.
Do you want a puzzle ?
Yes I do.
Do you want a toy car?
Yes I do .
Do you want ,Do you want, Do you want a guitar?
Yes ,I do.
……
在學習完單詞后，我讓學生用新學的單詞 ，替換歌曲，替換后讓學生唱出這道他們自己編出來的歌曲，這樣學生可以利用熟悉的旋律很好地把單詞和句型結合起來。
