　　有一次，爸爸帶我去游泳，我換上了游泳褲，戴上了游泳圈和游泳鏡。看見游泳池里的人真多啊!我迫不及待的想下水游泳，我勇敢的一下子跳了下去。呀!哎喲!冷得只打哆嗦。還被水嗆了幾大口，我對水有了新的認識，我開始有點害怕水了。而爸爸卻像一條小金魚一樣輕松的游著，我很羨慕，我也要學會游泳。在我二年級的時候，爸爸把我帶到游泳訓練班學游泳，我興奮極了，終于可以離開了游泳圈。第1次上課的時候老師先教我們學如何學飄，第2次上課的時候老師教我們學潛水，我慢慢的學會了游泳。

　　學會游泳后，我越來越喜歡游泳了。為了提高水平，我報名參加水晶宮游泳訓練班，通過一年不斷的堅持、努力訓練，在參加了水晶杯游泳比賽中得了男子組自游泳第6名。這就叫功夫不負有心人。

　　游泳不僅鍛煉了我的身體，增長了我的本領，還磨練了我的意志和膽量。
