The basic function of advertisements is to conveyinformation.If you want to tell somebody something，you have to stimulate his interest and attention.This is the truth in interpersonal communicationand mass communication.Only by drawingaudiences‘a(chǎn)ttention can an advertisement convince them to believe a certain idea.Thanks tothe popularity of celebrities，advertisements endorsed by celebrities can easily draw people’sattention away from complex environment，thus making the products and theadvertisements be the focus of the public.Because of the celebrities，an originally unknownbrand will immediately be taken seriously and stand out among a clutter of information，andthe popularity of the product will be enhanced in a short time.

2.引起他的興趣和注意：可譯為to stimulate one‘sinterest and attention，也可譯為to arouse his interestsand to draw his attention.
3.雜亂的環(huán)境：是指當(dāng)代社會存在許多讓人分散注意力的事物，往往讓人眼花繚亂。文中譯為complexenvironment，或可譯為distractive circumstances.
4.在繁雜的信息中脫穎而出：可譯為stand out among a clutter of information.
5.提升知名度：可用被動語態(tài)譯為the popularity of the product will be enhanced
