英語口語:送禮和收禮

　　1、按英美的習(xí)俗，送禮不但可以表示感激之情，也常用來作為聯(lián)絡(luò)感情的一種方法。無論是父子、夫妻、朋友、情侶，彼此都可以借互贈禮物來增進(jìn)感情，且并不拘泥于任何形式。不少人甚至動(dòng)手做上一份小小的禮物送給朋友或親人。

　　2、接受禮物時(shí)，除了向?qū)Ψ降乐x外，外國人，尤其是英美人士還習(xí)慣當(dāng)場拆開禮物，并且禮貌地問一句May I open it?禮物拆開后，再大大贊揚(yáng)一番。

　　1. This is a small present for your son.這是送給你兒子的`小禮物。

　　2.Here’s a small souvenir from Beijing.這是再北京買的小紀(jì)念品。

　　4.This is for you. I hope you’ll like it.這是給你的，希望你會喜歡。

　　5.Happy Birthday! 祝你生日快樂！

　　B、Receiving gifts接受禮物

　　1.Thank you. I like it very much. 謝謝。我很喜歡。

　　2.Thank you. May I open it? 謝謝。我可以拆開嗎？

　　3.Oh, a watch! Is it really for me?喔，一只表！真的是給我的嗎？

　　4.This is just what I want to have.這正是我想要的。

　　5.It’s so nice of you. 你真好。

　　A：Happy Birthday!

　　B：Thank you. Oh, a present! You’re so wonderful. How could you remember my birthday?

　　B：Oh, my! A beautiful pin! You are so sweet.

　　A：Marilyn! This is a small souvenir form Hongkong.

　　B：Thank you. You’re just wonderful. May I open it?

　　A：Go right ahead.

　　B：My! A coffee pot. Mike’s a heavy coffee drinker, so I’m sure we’ll be using this a lot! This is just what I want to have!

　　A： I’m so glad you like it.

　　B：Thank you very much for the present. You had such a tight schedule. How could you find time to buy this?

　　A：I can always make time, if I need so.

　　B：It’s so nice of you.

　　A：Hey, children! Daddy has a surprise for you.

　　B1： What is it, Dad?

　　A：Open this card and read.

　　B2：OK. I’ll open it.

　　A：Why don’t you give it to Mom? She always likes to open gifts.

　　B1：Here it is, Mom. Open it quickly.

　　C:A trip to China for summer vacation from Dad.

　　B1：Wow! What a wonderful surprise!

　　B2：Thank you, Dad. This is the best surprise I’ve ever had.
