難點注釋
1.第一句中，“追溯到”還可以譯為date back to或go back to。
2.第三句中，“被使用于”含被動含義，且此處表達過去的情況，故譯為 were used for;“被認為是”還可以譯為is deemed to或is considered to。
3.第四句中，“這樣一來”還可以譯為therefore;“也就是說”還可以譯為in other words;“三者合為一體”應該使用被動語態結構，可譯為the three are integrated;“給人們一種更加強烈的美的享受”為結果狀語，故用現在分詞結構作狀語，可譯為giving people a keener enjoyment of beauty。

在中國，當有客人來訪時，泡茶(serve tea)是必不可少的。你可提前詢問客人最喜歡喝什么茶以便選用最佳茶具(tea set)來待客。主人在陪伴客人飲茶時，要非常注意茶壺以及客人茶杯中的'茶水剩余量。通常，如茶已喝去一半，就要添加茶水，隨喝隨添，使茶水濃度(concentration)不變和溫度適宜。在飲茶時也可適當佐以點心、糖果、菜肴等，達到調節口味和緩解饑餓感之功效。

難點注釋
1.第一句中，“當有客人來訪時”可以譯為when there’re visitors，但比較啰嗦，不如直接譯為visitors簡練;“泡茶是必不可少的”可用it-句型，其中it作形式主語，可譯為it is necessary to…。
2.第二句中，“最喜歡喝什么茶”作“詢問”的賓語，可譯為what kind of tea they fancy most;“以便”還可譯為in order to(do)，with the aim of(doing)，for the purpose of(doing)。
3.第三句中，“在陪伴客人飲茶時”指的是飲茶的過程，所以譯為In the course of serving tea;“茶水剩余量”可譯為how much water remaining。
4.第四句中，“添加茶水”使用被動語態結構，用“茶水”作主語，可譯為boiling water should be added;“隨喝隨添”指的是保持茶杯是滿的，所以譯為the cup is kept filled。
