01整數
要搞定數字的翻譯，首先你要知道從個位起，每隔3位加個','然后還得知道，5個基本詞 。就是這個5個貨→百=hundred，千=thousand，百萬=million，十億=billion，萬億=trillion
100=one hundred
第一個逗號前的數字讀成thousand
1,000=one thousand
10,000=ten thousand（1萬=10千）
100,000=one hundred thousand（10萬=100個千）
第二個逗號前的數字讀成million
1,000,000=one million
10,000,000=ten million（1千萬=10個百萬）
100,000,000=one hundred million（1億=100個百萬）
第三個逗號前的數字讀成billion
1,000,000,000=one billion
第四個逗號前的數字讀成trillion
1,000,000,000,000=one trillion
先問個簡單的→200的英文？
200=two hundred，hundred用單數，別問為啥，這是規則
同理，300=three hundred，4,000=four thousand，五百萬=five million，80億=eight billion。
綜上可知，912.17億的正確英文說法是91.217 billion，912.17億 ≠ 912.17 billion
記好了，當說到具體數字時，hundred/ thousand/ million/billion統統都用單數！
再問一下，'幾百'的英文怎么說？
幾百=hundreds of，你沒看錯，這里hundreds用復數啦！這也是規則，不是具體數字反而用復數。
同理，幾千=thousands of，更猛的是hundreds of thousands of=幾十萬、很多很多的。

02時刻
1.表示整點用基數詞加可以省略的o'clock
5:00讀作five o'clock或five
2.表示幾點過幾分，在分鐘后加past，再加小時
7:05five past seven

3.表示幾點差幾分，在分鐘后面加to，再加小時
7：50=差十分八點=ten to eight
11:45=差一刻十二點=a quarter to twelve
4.在日常生活中，常用以小時、分鐘為單位分別讀出數字的方法表示時間。
06:31讀作six thirty-one
10:26讀作ten twenty-six
03紀年
世紀可以用定冠詞加序數詞加世紀century表示，也可以用定冠詞加百位進數加s表示。
the eighteenth（18th）century 公元十八世紀
the 1900s 二十世紀
the 1600s 十七世紀
這里，用百位數整數表示的世紀比這一百位阿拉伯數字本身多一個世紀。
年代用定冠詞及基數詞表示的世紀加十位整數的復數形式構成。
in the 1930s（in the thirties of the twentieth century或in the nineteen thirties） 在二十世紀三十年代
年份一般寫為阿拉伯數字，讀時可以以hundred為單位，也可以以世紀、年代為單位分別來讀。
1902讀作nineteen hundred and two或nineteen o two
1949讀作nineteen hundred and forty-nine 或nineteen forty-nine
