1、“What can you tell me about yourself？” （“關于你自己，你能告訴我些什么？”）
This is not an invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character， qualifications， ambitions， and motivations.
這一問題如果面試沒有安排自我介紹的時間的話。這是一個必問的問題。考官并不希望你大談你的個人歷史。是在尋找有關你性格、資歷、志向和生活動力的線索。來判斷你是否適合讀MBA。
The following is a good example of a positive response. “In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student， I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important， but for me， it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them. I‘m very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best.”

2、 “What would you like to be doing five years after graduation？” （“在畢業以后5年內你想做些什么？”）
Know what you can realistically accomplish. You can find out by talking to others MBA about what they accomplished in their first five years with a particular company after graduation.
“I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager， I am planning on that also.” 你要清楚你實際上能勝任什么。你可以事先和其他的MBA 交流一番。問問他們在畢業后在公司的頭5年都做了些什么。
可以這樣回答：“我希望能在我的職位上盡力做好工作，由于在同一領域工作的許多人都被提為區域負責人，所以我亦有此打算。”
3. “What is your greatest strength”？“ （”你最突出的優點是什么？“） 這是很多面試考官喜歡問的一個問題。
This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical， but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths.

”I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I’d planned. I‘ve set some high goals for myself. For example， I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I
had a slow start in my freshman year， I made up for it by doing an honor’s thesis.“
這是你”展示自己“的最佳機會，不要吹噓自己或過于自負，但要讓雇主知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優點。

4. “What is your greatest weakness？”（“你最大的弱點是什么？”） You cannot avoid this question by saying that you do not have any， everyone has weaknesses.
The best approach is to admit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan to overcome it. If possible， cite a weakness that will work to the company‘s advantage. “I’ m such a perfectionist that I won‘t stop until a job is well done.
你不應該說你沒有任何弱點，以此來回避這個問題；每個人都有弱點。最佳策略是承認你的弱點，但同時表明你在予以改進，并有克服弱點的計劃。

Never apologize for what you have done.
”I think I did well in school. In fact， in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class.“ ”As an intern for the X Company， I received some of the highest evaluations that had been given in years.
絕不要對你以前的所作所為表示內疚。

【問】Please introduce yourself.（自我介紹）
面試者常常以這樣的問題開始。記住，這不是英語課上的self-introduction，面試官們想要聽到的不是你的個人生活，而是你的工作技巧。因此，不要說一些無意義的話，"I was born in Taipei," "I like to play computer games," 或是 "I have two brothers." 告訴面試官們有關你職業生涯的發展，或是你從過去的工作經驗中學到的東西。
【問】Do you have any actual work experience？（你有實際的工作經驗嗎？）
如果尚未開始工作，就可以回答“Right now I'm still a student.”（現在我還是個學生。）或者說“I'm a recent grad and I haven't started working yet.”（我剛剛畢業，還沒有開始工作。）“recent grad”是“recent graduate”的縮寫，意思是剛剛畢業。如果你有工作經驗，哪怕僅僅是學生時代的part-time job，也不要謙虛，大膽講出來。比起沒有任何經驗的green hand，用人單位自然是更喜歡experienced person。
【問】What is your greatest weakness？（你最大的缺點是什么？）
西方老板特別愛問這個問題，讓面試者感到很緊張。事實上，他問這個問題是看你對棘手問題的反應。你沒必要如實回答你的弱點，因為那有可能讓你得不到這份工作。所以，要么你告訴他們一些與工作不直接相關的弱點，但更加聰明的做法是“明貶實褒”，繼續推銷你自己！不過，切忌只是簡單的羅列，如："I'm really organized, punctual and get along well with others."，一定要給出具體的例子，"For example " 并解釋你在之前的工作中是如何運用此特長的。
【問】Why do you feel you are qualified for this job?（你為什么覺得自己能勝任這份工作？）
這時候你要充分發揮你的“自夸”本領。你可以講述一些簡歷資料里面沒有包括的技能；或者是再詳細強調一下你的特長。而通過這個問題，雇主們更想知道你能帶給公司什么。因此，不要以"Umm," "I don't know," "It seemed like a good career move," 或是 "I haven't been able to find anything else interesting." 來回答他們，而是要讓他們了解你很清
楚公司的運營模式以及你對此工作非常有積極性。
【問】Why did you leave your last job? （你為什么辭掉了之前的一份工作？）
可能你上一份工作非常的糟糕，但是面試并不是談論這個問題的合適的場合。就算是真的，也不要對你現有的或是過去的雇主或是同事進行負面還是武斷的評論："I didn't agree with the company's direction," "I got no recognition for my work," "My boss was totally unreasonable." 象這樣的評論會讓你聽起來不可理喻。
【問】What kind of salary did you have in mind?（你希望拿多少薪水？）
是不是覺得這個問題挺棘手的？如果你不好意思提出要求，或者想給雇主一個比較謙虛的印象，你可以說Money is important, but the challenge as well as the responsibility that goes along with this job is what interests me the most.（薪水固然重要，但這工作伴隨而來的挑戰和責任更吸引我。）當然，你也可以用較調侃地語氣暗示你未來的老板，你希望薪水不要太低，To be frank and open with you, I like this job, but I have a family to support.（坦白地說，我喜歡這份工作，不過我必須要負擔我的家庭。）
【問】If hired, when could you start work? （如果雇傭的話，你什么時候開始工作？） 回答這個問題時。一定要注意！不要說我馬上可以工作。那會讓對方認為你非常迫切地需要這份工作。一個非常保險的回答可以是“I can start at the beginning of next month.”（我下月初可以開始上班。）
【問】Do you have any questions for me? （你有什么問題要問的嗎？）
面試官通常以此問題結束面試。詢問具體的問題以顯示你非常了解該公司，但卻希望了解更多的內容。不要問那些你早就該知道答案的問題，例如，"What does your company do?" 或是"Could you tell me your name again?" 此外，不要問薪水或是和假期相關的問題："When do you give raises?" "How much vacation time can I expect?" 在聽到了他們告訴你，"We'd like to offer you the job."才去問此類的問題。
這里還有幾個最簡單的要訣，說不定對你的臨場表現有幫助。
★ 多用動詞和簡單的短句。短句除了可以直接、清楚地表達自己的想法，也會讓面試官覺得，你是個有行動力、做事明確的人。
★ 避免非正式用詞，并注意禮節。 最好不要使用像“you guys”這樣的非正式的字眼，讓面試官覺得不夠穩重。另外，除非主考官請你直呼其名，例如“You can call me John”，否則還是應該尊稱對方的姓。
★ 千萬不要為了準備接下來要講的話，而顯得心不在焉。在英語面試之前，應該先準備好自己要回答的內容，面試當中，才能專注聆聽主考官講的話，而不是在心里盤算下一句該講什么，讓面試官覺得你看起來沒有自信或準備不足。
