　　I will graduate soon, so I am so busy finding my future job, at first, I have no idea what kind of job I should take, I want to live near home, so I can see my parents often, what’s more, I also want to find the job which is stable and permanent. There are many factors that affect people to find a job, the location and the stability are the most common factors.

　　People are willing to find the job which is near home, so they can visit their parents now and then and won’t be feeling lonely. Working far away from home deviates people from their parents, they will homesick, when they feel frustrated, there is no way for them to get comfort from parents. Home is always the harbor for people to get comfort.

　　The stability is another important factor for people to considerate. People don’t want to change their jobs often, so they want to find the job which can work for a lifetime, even though the money is not that much, the sense of stability comforts people.

　　I take both factors when I find a job, no matter where I go, I always put my family in the first place.

　　When college students graduate, most of them will choose to join the civil servants exam or further study, these two choices become more and more popular, they have the common side, that is stability. The young people pay special attention to stability when they find a job, because in today’s society, the pressure is so heavy, they fear to lose job, working for the government is the best choice for them, they don’t have to worry about losing jobs. While they are so young, they should be energetic, they should do the pioneering work, they have nothing to lose, because they have nothing at the beginning. If the young people don’t dare to fight, they waste their youth, all their lives are insipid, when they are old, they look back on their youth, just nothing leaves. If the young people want to do pioneering work, just do it, take no hesitation.

　　In our parents’ generation, being a college student means the bright future, because at that time, less people could have the chance to go to college, what’s more, the government arranged the job for them. But in today, things are changing, college students need to find the job by themselves. As there are more and more college students, so the competition is so fierce. Still many people believe college students deserve to have the good job at the beginning, while it is wrong.

　　The situation is that college students should not hold the high expectation when they find the job, most of them need to start with job that is not that ideal, but if they have the ability, they will get promoted.

　　There are several reasons for this. To begin with, nowadays college students aim too high. All they want are “good” jobs which could offer good salary, comfortable working conditions, high social status among others. Consequently, most college students are unwilling to accept vacant jobs they consider not “good” enough. Another reason is that there is a big gap between the majors some students study in school and the demands of vacant jobs. So companies think some students are not fit for the jobs.

　　Solution to the problem requires efforts on both the society and the students. The companies should value the students, talent and knowledge while the latter should not merely aim at material gains. They should be down-to–earth in building up their career. Furthermore, they should face their weak points so as to improve themselves and be more competent.

　　With the idea that college student will find a good job, our parents send us to college, college students become more and more as well as cheaper and cheaper.Facing this, what we should do is not complaining.

　　We should be confident ,as we know, with the economic developing, the society need more people. So we got a lot of chances, what we should do is do what we can do now and well prepared for the fierce competition.

Second， there is an oversupply of graduates in certain specialties.

　　So many of them can not enter the professions for which they are trained. College graduates are valuable resources in our country. The problems they encounter in job hunting deserve more attention.
