英語便條寫作的格式

　　便條是一種簡單的信息傳遞方式，其特征是快，簡單明了，無需客套話。

　　常考的便條有收條、欠條、留言和請假條等。

　　標準格式為：正文的右上方一般寫日期，之后是稱呼語（可正式也可隨意，看兩者關系）、正文，最后要有簽名。

　　舉例：

　　1 朱麗剛從上海來葉紅這里，準備在此逗留兩三天。葉紅邀邱明相聚。請你為葉紅寫一個留言條，時間是星期一上午九點。

　　9:00 a.m. Monday

　　Qiu Ming,

　　Zhu Li has just arrived from Shanghai on business and is going to stay with us for two or three days. It would be nice if you could come over and see her.

　　Ye Hong

　　2 你病了，不能上學，請用英語給高老師寫一個請假條。

　　Nov.11th

　　Dear Miss Gao，

　　I’m sorry to tell you that I’m not feeling well today.I caught a bad cold last night.I had got a headache and coughed day and night.The doctor told me to take some medicine and stay in bed for two days.So I can’t go to school today and tomorrow.I hope I can get well soon.Thanks.

　　3 請根據以下內容寫一個電話記錄，打電話的日期是8月12日，時間是9點10分。字數：20---30詞。

　　A:Certainly.

　　4 假如你叫張華，你想借你同學Peter的.詞典，請根據下面的提示寫張借條。

　　1. 老師叫你寫一篇英語作文，你要查幾個詞，因你把詞典忘在家里了，故想借Peter的詞典。

　　2. 你保證小心愛護，第二天歸還，并深表謝意，借詞典時間是12月10日。

　　Dear Peter,
