　　中華民國(guó)建立，孫中山為了“行夏正，所以順農(nóng)時(shí);從西歷，所以便統(tǒng)計(jì)”，定正月初一(元旦)為春節(jié)，而以西歷(公歷)1月1日為新年。1949年9月27日，中國(guó)人民政治協(xié)商會(huì)議第一屆全體會(huì)議通過(guò)使用“公元紀(jì)年法”，將農(nóng)歷正月初一稱“春節(jié)”，將公歷1月1日定為“元旦”。
