　　信用卡(credit card)是由銀行發行的卡，持卡人可以憑卡賒購(buy on credit) 商品和服務。使用信用卡最大的好處就是能給持卡人帶來極大的方便。人們可以 使用信用卡賒購他們需要的東西，并在一段時期內付淸欠款,而不必隨身攜帶大量的現金。但如此的便利也帶來了一些問題，如惡意透支(malicious overdraft)。還會剌激使用者超前消費，容易產生月光族。在消費的時候，使用信用卡會促使消費者更加沖動地購物，甚至購買一些平時不怎么用的商品。
