一、基本情況分析
本學期我接手擔任20xx旅游班《導游英語口語》的教學工作,這個班總人數25人,女生居多，男生共三個。這門課原來由外教John執教，《導游英語口語》一書已經學習了一個學期，可能是不大適應John的教學方法，大部分的學生對這門課失去興趣，甚至有較大的反抗情緒。在開始的時候，大部分的學生不愿意開口，男生更是在上課時表情茫然，在課堂上，任老師如何勸說，他們都不大愿意發表個人意見，這對口語課來說，是非常不利的情況。本學期我在教學上想盡辦法，充分調動他們的積極性，鼓勵他們多開口，努力提高英語口語水平。經過一學期的努力，大部分學生的學習態度端正過來了，她們接受了我的教學方式，上課認真，積極練習，課堂氣氛活躍，比上一學期有了長足的進步。期末考試結束了，大部分的學生成績不錯，三個男生因為經常缺課，所以成績偏低。以下是考試成績分析。

二、教學體會
在教學過程中，我了解到20xx旅游班的學生其實都認為旅游英語口語非常重要，學好旅游英語口語有利于他們以后走向社會崗位。我抓住這點契機，讓學生重視這門課，自發地投入更多的時間和精力操練口語。我認真細致地研究教材，研究學生掌握知識的方法。通過鉆研教學大綱和教材，不斷探索，嘗試各種教學方法。另外我通過利用網絡資源、各類相關專業的書報雜志了解現代教育的動向，開拓教學視野和思維。在教學中，我有意識地以學生為主體，教師為主導，通過各種游戲、比賽等教學手段，充分調動他們的學習興趣及學習積極性，逐步擺脫啞巴英語、因為興趣在英語口語中起著十分重要的作用,是激發學生積極開口的好方法、因此,在教學中,我比較注重生動活潑的教學方式,要求學生在說英語時帶著表情去說,并伴以體態語,把生活中的交際行為盡量搬進課堂、剛開始時，我并不太急于糾正教育法方面的錯誤,鼓勵學生不要害怕別人的笑話,敢于開口,敢于向別人發問,敢于回答別人的問題,敢于用簡單的英語進行交流、這些鼓勵使得學生們逐漸興趣變濃,情緒高漲,同時創設情景讓學生進行自由交流,允許他們是當地添加句子。在這樣一個比較寬松,愉快的氛圍里,學生很快掌握并靈活地運用了所學的句型、有自卑感,不張口的同學也逐漸敢于參加表演了、這樣,不知不覺間培養了學生的學習興趣,有訓練了學生的口語能力、通過這種方式是單調的講解和生硬的操練所望塵莫及的。
另外,我發現講有趣的小故事也是培養學生興趣的一個重要途徑、內容可自由選擇,如同學,老師,天氣,有興趣的.故事等,自己整理,自己口述,堅持每天都舉行、讓每一個小組共同討論,準備,推出一個同學口述,要求每個同學,每個小組講述的題目都不一樣,是每個同學都能夠得到鍛煉的機會、像這樣長期堅持下去,效果就會比較明顯,也活躍了課堂氣氛,激發了學生的獨立思考,鍛煉了膽量,是所學的知識得到了及時的鞏固
當然,提高英語口語,緊密結合課本,背誦,復述課文也是一個關鍵、旅游英語口語對話和課文思想內容豐富精美,是學生學習的典范語言材料、我堅持要求學生通過各種方式如按角色復述課文進行表演,把故事講個大家聽,分組表演等,盡量掌握每個專題的內容。學生在課堂上能配合老師上好每一節課，氣氛非常活躍,他們所學知識得到靈活運用,英語口語水平,口頭表達能力不斷得以提高,對英語學習也產生了濃厚的興趣。除了培養學生學習口語的興趣之外，我在教學中我著重抓好以下幾個環節。
第一、模仿。提高口語能力的第一步就是模仿磁帶或廣播，模仿以英語為母語的人的語音和語調。他們的教材《導游英語口語》，有配套的語音材料，學生可以根據自己的喜好，選擇適當內容加以模仿。
第二、朗讀。提高口語能力的第二步是大聲朗讀。朗讀也可以說是第二模仿，所以也需要有意識地以磁帶里的語音、語調去朗讀。我要求學生在朗讀時，可以把自己的聲音錄下來，認真聽一聽，并進行比較，找出差距，發現自己的弱點。
第三、復述。復述是在模仿、朗讀之后的一個再創作的過程，它比背誦要難。可以盡量用自己的話復述朗讀、聽過的或閱讀過的，也可以完全擺脫原文，組織、創作材料內容。對于程度較差的人，可以先復述原文的中心思想，一句、兩句話即可。然后，由少至多。復述是在沒有人對話的情況下提高口語最有效的途徑之一。
第四，背誦。練習口語不免背誦一些東西，但很多人不喜歡背誦。不過，背誦一些名篇我是非常有必要的。基礎較差的人一定要背誦一些常用的句型和表達方式。
第五，堅持用英語寫日記。用英語寫日記無論是對提高口語還是提高英語其他方面的能力都是一個行之有效的好方法。
三、存在問題分析、改正方法
（一）旅游英語口語教學存在的問題
中等職業技術學校學生的英語基礎普遍較差，難于利用語言進行口頭交流。傳統的灌輸教學方式和枯燥的英語教學環境嚴重地影響了英語口語的教學質量。
1、缺乏良好語境，學生難以自主參與。
語境就是語言的運用環境，語境和語言運用總是相伴而行，二者密不可分。提高英語口語能力需要良好的語言環境，包括課堂教學和課外環境。實踐證明：通過課外環境渠道獲得的口語能力遠比課堂獲得的還要強，但在教學活動中，卻因不重視創設課外環境渠道，忽視語境對英語運用的制約作用，忽視營造良好氛圍讓學生自主參與。另一方面，由于學生并不是生活在英語的語言環境中，除課堂外學生使用英語的機會很少。即便在課堂上，如果教師不能創設輕松愉快的情境和氛圍，學生也不會樂于主動參與口語練習。
2、學生水平參差不齊，容易忽視學生個性差異。
在英語教學活動中一般強調面向群體，注重共性，容易忽視學生的個性差異，不善于挖掘個體未來的發展潛能。由于學生的文化基礎不同，智力的差異，學習態度的好壞，學習方法和策略的優劣等，都直接影響著英語口語水平的高低。學生因個性差異在課堂上的表現各不相同，性格開朗的學生善于表現自己，因此能得到較多鍛煉機會。性格內向或基礎較差的學生，容易產生自卑心理，內心焦慮緊張，不敢大膽說，怕同學嘲笑，導致學生不敢開口，這類學生的口語水平就很難得到提高。
（二）旅游英語口語教學的對策
對于中職英語教學中存在的問題，只要有針對性的加以解決，從根本上處理好學生對英語學習的正確認識，采用貼合學生學習興趣的教學方法，充分發揮學生學習英語的主動性和積極性，才能提高學生英語口語能力。
1、創設生活情景，促進學生遷移運用。教師在教學中多創設生活情景，激發學生的交流需要，增強學習的內驅力。在教學過程中依據教材內容，用實物、圖片等輔助手段，設置一情一景，增強直觀性、趣味性，激活學習興趣。例如，我在教學中選取大量生活情景中常要表達的意念和常用的口語，如：Goodmorning、Excuseme、Seeyoulater、I'mhungry、Comein,-Attention、等,不但內容淺顯，還可以獨立表達意愿，貼近實際，使學生在日常生活中能自如的遷移、運用。另外，我還把課堂移到校外，講授shopping專題時，把他們帶到商場，學習游覽項目時，公園就是課室。我盡量在口語教學中增創一些快樂的情景，寓教于樂，把語言教學變得生動活潑，鞏固學到的語言知識，為學生在輕松自然的氣氛中進行語言操練創造了條件，使學生樂而好學，鍛煉了運用語言的能力。
2、注重個別差異，營造寬松氛圍，樹立樂學敢說信心。學生水平不一致，我努力做到兼
顧全體。在課堂上，教師是學生交際的合作者和協調者，也是語言指導者和課堂的管理者。教學活動應創設和諧、民主的課堂環境，營造寬松氣氛，把追求學習結果轉向追求學習過程，真正把學生當成獲取知識、發展自我的主人。我對學生抱有寬容之心，不因為要糾正語言的錯誤而挫傷學生學習英語的積極性。對于勇于實踐的任何創造，都應采取激勵的態度，讓學生懂得錯誤是不可避免的，也是獲得成功的前奏。積極開展英語口語交流活動，如：英語故事角色表演、英語日記講述、英語園地、英語論壇、英語角等，通過活動讓學生進入學習英語的狀態，從而樹立敢說、樂學、能說英語的信心。
四、教學上的建議
其實對于中職學生來說，英語口語課是挺難的，他們英語基礎一般，普遍存在“啞巴英語”沒有開口表達的習慣。英語口語教學在整體規劃和科學性、系統性方面欠佳,教材、教法有待改進。英語口語教學的主要目的應該是培養學習者使用英語交際的能力,務求學生能學以致用。在教材方面，《導游英語口語》一書，內容偏多，偏難。本人認為可以精簡一些，應配以相應的專業活動介紹。其次，英語口語教材的practice部分偏重于文字訓練，其設計不利于在課堂上開展口語交際活動。在教改中應該將學生創新意識的培養作為改革的重點,在教材編寫、教學改革、實驗設計中形成以學生為中心的教學模式,突出教師的指導作用,倡導研究性學習。
另外一方面，教師應針對中職英語口語教學存在的問題，采取相應對策，通過樹立學習自信心，培養學生口語能力，提高了英語口語教學質量。作為英語教師，要堅持英語教育新理念，以學生發展為本，以愛心、恒心、耐心、細心面向全體學生，培養適應社會需求的應用型人才。
以上就是我在本學期的教學工作總結。在許多地方存在不足，希望在未來的日子里，能做得更好一些，取得更大成績。
