We do not accept merchandise for return unless items are
defective, in which case they will be replaced, subject to
availability, or refunded at buyers discretion.

other necessary charges and expenses for the storage,
loading, unloading and supervision of the returned Products.
同意買方退貨，并將所退貨物金額用合同規定的`貨幣償還買方，并承擔買方因退貨而蒙受的一切直接損失和費用，包括利息、銀行費用、運費、保險費、檢驗費、倉儲、碼頭裝卸及監管保護所退貨物的一切其它必要的費用。
