　　1. 政府投資The local government should invest more money in basic facilities such as hospital and elementary school. However others believe that governments should focus on space research for the future. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

　　2. 動物保護相關Some people think zoos are cruel and all the zoos should be closed. However some people think zoos are useful to protect the rare animals. Discuss both there views and give you opinion.

　　3. 孩子教育：Some people think children should obey the rules their parents and teachers set and listen to them but others think less control will help children to deal with their future adult life. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

　　4. 外企進入developing countries的優缺討論：Some people think developing countries should invite large foreign companies to open offices and factories to grow their economies. Others think the developing countries should keep large companies out and develop local companies instead. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

　　第二類： 一邊倒5段式

　　1. 經濟發展對生活影響：Many countries aim to improve people’s living standards by economic development but some important social values are lost as a result. Do you thing the advantages of economic development outweigh the disadvantages?

　　2. 手機影響Anyone can use a mobile phone to answer work call and home call at any place seven days a week. Some people think this development has negative effects on both individuals and society. Do you agree or disagree?

　　3. 考試影響 Many people argue that in order to improve educational quality continuously students are encouraged to make assessment on their teachers. Do you agree or disagree?

　　第三類：報告類

　　1. 超重/健康Nowadays the average weight of people is increasing and the level of their fitness is decreasing. Why does it happen? How to solve this problem?

　　2. 家庭關系The relationship between family members is less close than ever before. What are the causes of this change? What measures should we take to deal with this problem?

　　3. 重復犯罪 People who commit crimes after setting free from prison people always have much complain about it. What are the reasons for this problem? What measures should be taken to deal with this?

　　4. 電視媒體People spend all daytime in watching TV which should also be used for reading and meeting with friends. What are the effects on both individual and the society as a whole?
