　　1.快速泛讀

　　平時要養(yǎng)成快速泛讀的習(xí)慣。這里將講的泛讀指廣泛閱讀大量涉及不同領(lǐng)域的書籍。要求讀得快，理解掌握書中主要內(nèi)容即可(文秋芳，1996)。要確定一個明確的數(shù)額，要結(jié)合自己的實(shí)踐，量體裁衣。同時應(yīng)注意讀物的難易程度，單純以速度衡量效果是不全面的。

　　2.計(jì)時閱讀

　　有的人對于同一篇文章慢讀時理解準(zhǔn)確率就高，而快讀時準(zhǔn)確率就降低了。這是為什么很多學(xué)生抱怨平時做題準(zhǔn)，一到考試就不理想的原因之一。那么要

　　想提高閱讀速度，平時必須有意識地多做計(jì)時閱讀的訓(xùn)練。高考中平均每篇閱讀理解平均所需要的時間大約七、八分鐘左右。因此平時計(jì)時閱讀訓(xùn)練每次進(jìn)行5至

　　10分鐘即可，不宜太長。因?yàn)橛?jì)時閱讀精力高度集中，時間長了，容易疲勞，精力反而容易分散，沒有效果。所以訓(xùn)練時可以由老師或自己先計(jì)下起讀時間，閱讀

　　完畢，計(jì)下止讀時間，即可以算出閱讀速度，持之以恒，應(yīng)見成效。

　　3.略讀

　　我們把略讀也可稱為跳讀或者瀏覽。這是一種專門的非常實(shí)用的快速閱讀的技能。而所謂的略讀，實(shí)指盡可能快的閱讀，迅速地獲取文章的大意或主題思想。也就是說略讀要求讀者有選擇地進(jìn)行閱讀，可以跳過某些不必要的細(xì)節(jié)，而抓住文章的大概，從而加快閱讀的速度。

　　我們在進(jìn)行略讀訓(xùn)練時要注意以下技巧：

　　(1)要利用排版格式，如書或文章的標(biāo)題、副標(biāo)題、小標(biāo)題、斜體字、黑體字腳注、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號等。對書和文章進(jìn)行預(yù)測略讀。預(yù)測略讀要了解作者的思路、文章方式，以把握大意、有關(guān)的細(xì)節(jié)極其相互關(guān)系。

　　(2)以一般速度閱讀。閱讀文章開頭的一、二段，力求抓住文章的大意、背景情況、作者的文章風(fēng)格、口吻或語氣等

　　(3)閱讀段落的主題句和結(jié)論句。聚統(tǒng)計(jì)，大約有80%的主題句是段落的首句，其他20%左右的是尾句。因此我們往往可以通過閱讀每段的首句或尾句來了解整篇文章的大意。

　　(4)注意關(guān)聯(lián)詞，如轉(zhuǎn)折詞however, moreover,序列詞firstly, secondly 等.
