附：如何訓(xùn)練英語聽力?
一、聽正常語速的英語，才能加速聽力的進(jìn)步
聽?wèi)T了語速放慢的英語，在與外國人的實(shí)際交往中，就很難適應(yīng)，甚至聽不懂他們用正常語速講的英語。故意放慢語速時，通常會把一句中每個詞都清楚的讀出來，但在正常的會話中會出現(xiàn)很多同化(assimilation)，減弱(reduction)，連音(liaison)的現(xiàn)象。所以，聽語速正常的英語對于聽力和會話極為重要。
二、從電視，電影中學(xué)習(xí)英語
看英文電視，電影不僅能了解西方人的文化和生活，而且也是學(xué)習(xí)地道英語和提高英語聽力的好機(jī)會。選取的影片最好是以現(xiàn)代生活為背景的文藝片或喜劇片。如果您的聽力不錯，要養(yǎng)成不看字幕的習(xí)慣。程度稍差的就不要勉強(qiáng)自己，否則英語沒學(xué)成反倒破壞了欣賞電影的好心情。這種情況下，您可以先看字幕了解劇情(如果是電視節(jié)目那就要先錄下來)，再重新看一至數(shù)遍，您的聽力就可在輕松的心情下，隨著您對劇情了解的增多而迅速提高。
三、和朋友模仿國外影片情節(jié)
在英語學(xué)習(xí)中，我們經(jīng)常會與朋友或同學(xué)相約用英語交談來提高英語會話能力，但經(jīng)常感到自己的語言貧乏，所談內(nèi)容有限。現(xiàn)在不妨試試新東方的影片情節(jié)模仿方法：配合前節(jié)所講的“從電視，電影中學(xué)習(xí)英語”，先依據(jù)電影情節(jié)節(jié)選一個或多個片段，個人選定一個角色，然后在影片看熟之后試著把臺詞謄錄成文字并背下來，最后進(jìn)行排練演習(xí)。經(jīng)常做這種練習(xí)，不僅對英語會話和聽力大有好處，而且對語法和寫作也是很好的鍛煉。
