　　1.Company logo 公司標志

　　A:I need to send a fax. Do you have a cover page with company logo?

　　B:Yes. There is a stack of them by the fax machine.

　　A：我要發個傳真，你有帶公司標志的傳真扉頁嗎?

　　B：有，傳真機旁邊有一沓。

　　2. Completion receipt 傳真回執

　　A: How do you know if your fax is sent?

　　B: You can set up the fax machine to print a completion receipt. It will also print an error page if the fax does not go through.

　　A：怎樣才能知道傳真已經發出去了?

　　B：你可以設定傳真機打印一張完成回執，如果傳真發送失敗的話，傳真機也會打印一張發送失敗回執。

　　3.Date, time and number stamp 日期，時間和號碼顯示

　　A: What's the importance of the date, time and number stamp printed on the top of the fax?

　　B: That's the proof of when and from where you receive the fax.

　　A：在傳真上方的日期、時間和序列號為什么那么重要啊?

　　B：因為那是你何時何地收到傳真的證明。

　　4.Error message 錯誤信息

　　A: I got an error message.

　　B: Oh, the memory of the fax machine is full, and there is no paper to print.

　　A：我收到一個錯誤信息。

　　B：哦，傳真機的內存已經滿了，而且也沒有打印紙了。

　　5.Error page 錯誤頁

　　A: Lily, your fax didn't go through. Here is the error page it printed out.

　　B: Thank you. I thought my fax was fine.

　　A：莉莉，你的傳真沒發出去，這是打出的一個錯誤頁。

　　B：謝謝你，我還以為發出去了呢。

　　6.From and To 發送者和接收者

　　A:What do you put on the fax cover page other than From and To?

　　B:The title, total pages including the cover page, and telephone and fax numbers of each party.

　　A：傳真首頁上除了發送者和接收者還寫些什么?

　　B：標題，頁數包括扉頁、雙方的電話號和傳真號。

　　7. Fax it to me 傳真給我

　　A: Mike, the contract is signed by our GM. Do you want me to send it overnight?

　　B: Yes, please. Could you also fax it to me now?

　　A：邁克，我們總經理在合同上簽字了，我要用特快專遞發給你嗎?

　　8.Fax template 傳真格式

　　A: Do we have a fax template of the company?

　　B: We do. Ask Lisa to get an electronic copy.

　　9.Followed by originals (contract) 續發原件(合同)

　　A: Linda, I will fax the letter to you, followed by express mail of the originals.

　　B: Thank you so much.

　　10.Legally acceptable 法律承認的

　　A: Can we use the faxed contract?

　　B: It may not be legally acceptable. You can use it temporarily, but you need to get the originals ASAP.

　　A: Why?

　　B:' Cause faxed copy can have forged signatures.

　　A：我們能使用傳真的合同嗎?

　　B：法律上是無效的，你可以臨時使用，但你應該盡快拿到原件。
