因果關(guān)系句式
because/because of/due to/owing to +原因：“The flight was delayed because of the bad weather.（航班因?yàn)閻毫拥奶鞖舛诱`。）”
The reason why... is that...：“The reason why he was late is that he missed the bus.（他遲到的原因是他錯(cuò)過(guò)了公交車。）”
As a result/consequently/therefore/thus +結(jié)果：“He studied hard. As a result, he got a high score in the exam.（他學(xué)習(xí)很努力。因此，他在考試中取得了高分。）”
比較句式
as... as...：“This book is as interesting as that one.（這本書和那本書一樣有趣。）”
not as/so... as...：“The new building is not as tall as the old one.（新樓沒(méi)有舊樓高。）”
more/less... than...：“She is more intelligent than her sister.（她比她姐姐更聰明。）”
條件句式
if/unless +條件，主句：“If it rains tomorrow, we will stay at home.（如果明天下雨，我們就待在家里。）”“Unless you work hard, you wont pass the exam.（除非你努力學(xué)習(xí)，否則你不會(huì)通過(guò)考試。）”
provided/providing (that)/on condition that +條件，主句：“Provided that you arrive on time, we can start the meeting.（假如你準(zhǔn)時(shí)到，我們就可以開始會(huì)議了。）”
讓步句式
although/though/even though/while +讓步內(nèi)容，主句：“Although/Though/Even though he was tired, he still kept working.（盡管他很累，他仍然繼續(xù)工作。）”“While I understand your point, I dont agree with you.（雖然我理解你的觀點(diǎn)，但我不同意你。）”
