“小倩，快讀幾句英語給媽媽聽聽!”瞧瞧，煩死啦，怎么辦呢?
嗨，我怎么就沒想到呢?我連忙跟媽媽說：“媽媽，您這么喜歡英語，咋不學英語嗎?”“好主意!”于是，一個愿學，一個愿教，就從今天起，從英語的26個字母學起。(小時候，媽媽家里窮，讀到五年級就被迫輟學了。所以只能從最初的.26個字母教起。)
A，B，C，D……我一個一個把它寫出來，出乎意料，媽媽卻說：“有幾個我認識的，像這個‘吃’，‘擠’，‘摸’，‘呢’……”看著媽媽得意洋洋的表情，我哭笑不得，敢情媽媽是把字母和拼音混在一起了。我這廂正頭疼著，那廂媽媽卻一本正經(jīng)地說：“這不對嗎?笑什么!”我暗自嘆一口氣，媽媽沒學過英語，也不怪她了。于是，我學著老師的樣，一個一個教，我讀一遍，媽媽讀一遍，讀錯了，就“拼命”幫她糾正。會讀了，還得讓她寫，于是，我又安排她每天的抄寫。
只三天，媽媽就神氣地對我說，她已經(jīng)會寫，還會默寫了呢。我表示不信，當場測試，還沒想到她居然真拿了滿分。我驚訝之余，也為媽媽的刻苦而感動。“Very good!接下來，我們學數(shù)字吧!”“一讀‘旺’，二讀‘兔’，一天兩個吧。”兩個星期過去了，也都會讀了，現(xiàn)在該學寫了……
現(xiàn)在，我的媽媽已經(jīng)會默寫到二十了!瞧著媽媽的巨大進步，連爸爸都嚷嚷著要學呢!看來，只要有心學習，什么時候開始都不晚哦!

I like reading in my free time. I’ve read all kinds of books which are written by many famous writers from all over the world. But I like a Chinese writer best. His name is Xu Zimo.
在我空閑時我喜歡閱讀。我已經(jīng)讀過很多來自世界各國的著名作家寫的各種各樣的書。不過，我最喜歡的一個作家是中國的。他的名字叫徐志摩。
Xu Zhimo was born in a big family. His parents were good at writing and his father taught little Xu by himself. When Xu Zhimo was very young, he was interested in reading. Fables, stories or novels were his favorites and he often nearly forgot eating and sleeping.When Xu was about six years old, he began to write some short stories. He was always practising writing and he did better and better. But he still kept on reading, because he always believed that “Reading makes a full man, a ready man and an exact man.”
