大學(xué)生宅生活的英語(yǔ)作文
Nowadays a growing number of people, especially the 20s or 30s, tend to stay indoors for most of their spare time, especially on holidays. Some spend the majority of the time online chatting, blogging, shopping, dating or playing computer games. Some sit with their eyes glued to the television screen, day and night. People’s opinions vary when it comes to this way of killing time. A great number of people maintain that staying indoors is cheap, comfortable, and most importantly, very safe. Others, however, frown upon staying indoors for too long. They are worried that lack of physical exercise and face-to-face communication with others will do harm to people’s body and mind. Personally, I don’t think staying indoors for most of the day should be advocated. Instead, people in all ages, their physical conditions permitting, should be encouraged to spend more time outdoors. The brilliant sunshine, the pleasant green space, the interactions with other people, etc. are all good for people’s health, both physically and psychologically.
如今越來(lái)越多的人，特別是20年代或30年代，傾向于留在室內(nèi)的大部分課余時(shí)間，尤其是在節(jié)假日。有些花的時(shí)間多數(shù)網(wǎng)上聊天，博客，購(gòu)物，約會(huì)和玩電腦游戲。有些坐不住與他們的眼睛緊盯著電視屏幕，白天和黑夜。市民的意見(jiàn)，當(dāng)談到這樣的`消磨時(shí)間而變化。人大量維護(hù)，待在室內(nèi)便宜，舒適，最重要的，很安全。然而，其他人看不慣室內(nèi)時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)停留。他們擔(dān)心，缺乏體育鍛煉和與他人面對(duì)面的面對(duì)面溝通會(huì)危害到人們的身體和心靈。就個(gè)人而言，我不認(rèn)為呆在家里最多的一天中應(yīng)該提倡。相反，人們?cè)谒心挲g段，他們的身體條件允許，應(yīng)該鼓勵(lì)花更多的時(shí)間在戶外。燦爛的陽(yáng)光，宜人的綠地，與其他人的相互作用等，都是對(duì)人民的健康都好，無(wú)論是身體上和心理上。
