hello,everyone. good afternoon. thank you for giving me this opportunity to talk about my top concern. im no.26, ill talk about friend. everyone of us,rich or poor,should at least have one or two good friends. my friend

will listen to me when i want to speak, will help me when i need,will take care of

me when i am sick,and my friends will go together with me side by side through this

journey of life. when i was ten, i was suddenly confronted with the anguish of

transferring to other school. i had to left my friends i had ever known. as a kid,i

feel lonely when i study in a new environment without a person i had known. nobody

i could talk,nobody could know when i feel lonely. the time when i couldnt sleep,

ill always miss them, then the tears filled my eyes. later, i became familar with the environment ,and made some friends ,which became my best friends then. they talked with me when i felt lonely,

they helped me when i needed, they took care of me when i was sick. even through we

were part, we still keep in touch with each other. they work hard in order to gain a higher position in the society and to earn more

money for their work. they have few time to share with their friends. with the time

goes by, they will be far away from each other. friend is kind of treasure in our lives. its actually like a bottle of wine, the

longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it also likes a cup of hot tea, when we

are in bed time, it will warm our broken hearts. friends,especially best friends. it is what we should have in our lives,and it

can make our lives be colorful go beyond our imagination. thanks for your listening.

隨著社會經濟的發展以及社會的進步，社會對人才的要求越來越高。在高知識密度的今天，我們如何很好的經營好自己呢？在自己在激烈競爭的社會中找到屬于自己的位置呢？ So, below I publish some personal opinions

那么，下面我來發表幾點個人見解

First, if we want to good management of ourselves, planning our career, so first do is learning. Only by constantly learning, we can let ourselves keep a saturated state, to cope with the progress of social bring us new requirements and challenges. Through learning advanced skills, management knowledge,

cultural knowledge, can we improve our comprehensive practice ability, let us in the fierce competition for talent in the shadow and off. But for now, I only take after graduating college diploma, facing the fierce competition, I don not have so much capital compete with other people. So, now, I only through learning to improve our cultural level and synthetical ability, just have the capital to compete with others.

如果我們想很好的經營好自己，規劃好自己的職業生涯，那么首先做到的就是不斷的學習。只有通過不斷的學習，我們才能讓自己每時每刻保持一種飽和的狀態，來應對不斷進步的社會給我們帶來的新的要求與挑戰。通過學習先進的技能知識、管理知識、文化知識，才能提高我們的綜合實踐能力，讓我們在激烈的人才競爭中脫影而出。然而至于現在的我，畢業后只拿著專科畢業證，面對著激烈競爭的社會環境，根本沒有多少資本與別人競爭。因此，現在的我，只有通過學習來提高自己的文化水平 和綜合能力，才有資本與別人去競爭。

第二個我認為最為重要的是學會創新。創新是一個民族進步的靈魂，創新是推動社會發展的根本動力。所以，要想經營好自己的職業生涯，必須學會開發并鍛煉自己的創新能力。無論何時，我們個人的發展都離不開創新。學習上需要創新，工作上需要創新。只有學會創新，我們才能進步！然而，創新的基礎是自己有一定的文化水平和綜合能力為基礎。所以，引出了第三個論點，那就是綜合能力的培養。眾所周知，現代社會需要的是綜合性人才。一個綜合能力強的人，它可以在激烈的社會競爭中脫穎而出。因為它擁有廣闊的知識面，以及豐富的社會經驗。因此要想使自己全面發展，好要提高自己的綜合能力，來應對日新月異的當代社會。

有了目標，人生就變的充滿意義，—切似乎清晰、明朗地擺在你的面前。什么是應當去做的，什么是不應當去做的，為什么而做，為誰而做，所有的要素都是那么明顯而清晰。于是生活便會添加更多的活力與激情。

目標可以再分解，人生目標可分為長遠目標和短期目標，我短期目標是學好專業知識技能，長期目標是能拼出自己的一片天地！

“千里之行，始于足下”。即使有了目標，實現它也需要—個過程。成功的人是最有理想、最明智，也是最有毅力、最堅定。他們懂得—切的成功都不是—蹴而就的，都需要通過艱苦卓絕的努力，不斷地改進和提高；成功的人絕不會只以事情做完為滿足，而會要求自己不斷地做得更好，以獲取更大的成功。我覺得我也會是個成功的人！

希望我們每—個人從現在開始就制定人生目標，從點滴做起，落實人生目標。拋棄那種無聊地重復著自己平庸的生活，努力去挖掘自己內在的潛力，激發自己的閃光點，相信是金子不論在哪里遲早都會發光的道理，不管遇到什么艱難險阻，終究會取得成功。
