班主任送給學生的話
1.在高三一定要堅持不懈，堅持到底，永不放棄。
多一份堅持就多了一份勇氣，多一份堅持就多了一份希望，當你在痛苦中徘徊、猶疑時，請相信，你的對手也在接受同樣的挑戰，誰能堅持到底，誰便是最后的勝者，誰不放棄希望，誰就能笑到最后。
2.抓住時間便抓住了一切，失去了時間，也就失去了一切，合理的使用時間安排好自己應該做的每一件事情。
3.樂觀、平和的心態，用一顆平常的心來感悟高三，用樂觀來面對生活。
心態決定一切。越到后面，越是考心態。不要為某次的考試患得患失，往前看，每次考試就是檢查自己的復習程度，有好也有不好的，把好的繼續做得更好，把不好給與改正。成績的起伏，正是我們積極復習的結果。只有正確對待自己的成績，正視自己的成績，高三的路越走越寬。
4.不管面前是什么，我們都要以最飽滿的熱情，最昂揚的斗志，最刻苦的精神，最堅韌的毅力，全力以赴地準備著。
每個人都有自己的優勢，你有你的優勢，別人有別人的長處，每一位高三學子都期待著在高考的考場上再決高下。
兒子換班主任了，說是和前一任班主任的風格有些不同，初次和他們見面先從自己和學生的名字談起，然后送給學生10句話：
1.在物欲橫流的時代，守住靈魂！
2. 身體第一，做人第二，學習第三。
3. 敬君子方為有德，懼小人不算無能。
4. 若是能夠，總要盡力與眾人和睦。
5. 沒有無趣味的知識，只有無趣味的人。
6. 你可以不會作詩，但你不能沒有詩意。
7. 有兩種人不可深交：不孝之人，吝嗇之人。
8. 放棄是一種美麗，而爭取絕對是一種智慧。
9. 你犯了錯誤不要總是找借口，生活不相信借口，盡管老師可以相信。
10. 你可以原諒別人，但不能原諒自己，原諒自己就是墮落的開始。
我聽了以后，感覺對自己的學習和生活以及為人處世都挺有警示和激勵作用，就把它寫下來，希望以此和兒子共勉。
過去，學生被動接受班主任的教育和管理，這是一種單向的管理思想和模式，現在的學生民主意識越來越濃，要求參政議政的愿望越來越強。因此，班級管理應當征求學生的意見，接受學生的監督，班主任向學生述職，更能體現對學生的尊重和重視，更能有利于學生和班集體的發展。
2.能激勵和引導學生參與到班級管理中來
現代管理理論告訴我們，最好的管理是學生的自我管理和自主發展。班主任向學生匯報自己的管理思想和方法，是對學生的一種管理教育，可以引發學生對班級管理的興趣，激發學生參與班級管理的熱情，培養學生的管理能力，還可以讓學生明白要在班級里盡到自己的責任，為班級工作貢獻力量。
3.能促進班主任的專業化發展
班主任向學生匯報工作，是對自己的挑戰。在學生這面鏡子前，必然要求班主任品德高尚、勤奮工作，勇于創新，絕對來不得半點虛假。這就要班主任平時虛心接受學生的意見，經常反思自己的教育思想，不斷改進和創新工作方法，全面提高自身素質。
