Section A
Directions:In this section, there is a passage with ten blanks. You are required to select one word for each blank from a list of choices given in a word bank following the passage. The popular notion that older people need lesleep than younger adults is a myth, scientists said yesterday.

Sean Drummond, a. psychiatrist (心理醫生) at the University of California, San Diego, said older people are more likely to suffer from broken sleep, while younger people are better at sleeping __49__ straight through the night.
