定語從句中的先行詞
定語從句，是用于修飾名詞或代詞的一個具有完整主謂結(jié)構(gòu)的句子。被修飾名詞或代詞在定語從句前面，稱為先行詞。引導(dǎo)定語從句的連詞，稱為關(guān)系詞，關(guān)系詞包括關(guān)系代詞與關(guān)系副詞。
1. 一個詞(名詞或代詞)
【真題例句】For a social epidemic to occur, however, each person so affected must then influence his or her own acquaintances ,who must in turn influence theirs,and so on; and just how many others pay attention to each of these people has little to do with the initial influential.
【考點(diǎn)】Who 引導(dǎo)定語從句修飾前面的名詞acquaintances。

一、定義：
在復(fù)合句中修飾某一名詞或代詞的從句叫定語從句。
二、特點(diǎn)：
1.先行詞：定語從句所修飾的名詞或代詞
2. 關(guān)聯(lián)詞：
1)引出定語從句，并作從句的一個成分。可作主語、賓語、定語、狀語，作賓語可省略。
2)關(guān)聯(lián)詞包括關(guān)系代詞和關(guān)系副詞。關(guān)聯(lián)詞位于先行詞和定語從句之間。
關(guān)系代詞：that, which, who, whom, whose代指先行詞。
關(guān)系副詞：when, where, why作時間狀語。
