　　To begin with, there is no doubt that people should have the right to information about crimes committed in a community. If someone in the neighborhood were murdered, the chance of other people being killed would also increase. The people should be notified of the event as well as any actions the authorities had taken immediately. Any attempts to block the news about the crimes would violate peoples right to know the truth. Yet, the necessity of informing the public does not mean full details have to be disclosed.

　　Admittedly, the best way to alert the public about a recent crime being committed is through the reporting by the media. Most of us read newspaper and watch TV news everyday. But there are a number of reasons why the media should only report the crimes briefly and let any interested parties follow up with the events by themselves. To begin with, the details of the crimes may cause discomfort and even panic among the members of the public. This is particularly true for the young children in the society. In addition, the time on TV and the space on the newspaper are scarce resources that can be utilized in many different ways. Therefore, the detailed reporting of the crimes would incur high opportunity costs as the public attention would have been directed to other important issues such as education and environment. Finally, the full information about crimes may be made available through the police or other government agencies so that anyone interested in the events may consult the records. Such arrangement would be less costly compared to reporting the details via the media.

　　In conclusion, since crimes are relevant to each and every member of the society, the media should report the events as soon as possible to alert the public and to help prevent more crimes. 　　One obvious argument in favor of daycare centers is that it provides children with the professional childhood education. This is because a good daycare centre is normally equipped with well-trained staff who can impart different skills, such as singing, dancing, painting and storytelling, to children through a variety of activities during the day. In addition to the well-organised, structured projects, toddlers are provided with more opportunities to socialize with other peers, which helps them gain confidence and self-consicousness. However, these opportunities are rare to achieve if they are watched over by grandparents.

　　Opponents feel that a relative care is as effective as children center. The reason for this is that taking care of a child is never an easy task, as children need constant love and attention. In fact, due to the limited number of caregivers, children are less likely to get the one-on-one care. By contrast, relatives, grandparents in particular, have sufficient time to take care of their beloved grandchildren, which also contributes to the family bond.

　　Some may argue that all people are entitled to have access to the same products, but I say that local objects suit local conditions best, and that faceless uniformity worldwide is an unwelcome and dreary prospect.

　　I’m going to tell you about the the last time I visited the National Gallery in London – I guess that counts as a tourist attraction – it’s certainly always really busy and there are any number of tourists there – It’s popular I suppose because it’s completely free and that’s slightly unusual for a major art gallery nowadays – If you compare it with The Louvre in Paris for example that’s really pricey and you normally have to queue for hours at a time – The National Gallery is different not just because it’s free but you can walk right in without waiting.

　　I go there quite a lot – in fact I try to go and visit it whenever I’m in London – I’m fascinated by art and art history and I just like to wander around and look at all the masterpieces that are on display there -Typically I go for about an hour or so only because I lose concentration after a time.

　　Well – the last I went there was sometime in December – just before Christmas I think – there was certainly a Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square just outside – I was in London to do some shopping and I decided to pop into the National to see if there was a new exhibition on – There wasn’t but I did see that there was a sensational Veronese exhibition planned for April this year – So I what I did was just spend my time looking at some of Turner’s watercolours.

　　Did I enjoy it? Certainly – the National is one place I’ll never tire of and I’m sure that I will keep on going back there. It’s for me – sort of – one of the greatest art galleries in the world and I think it’s thaat’s why it’s such a popular tourist attraction.

Being managers means catering to enormous tasks simultaneously, and as most young people have not been married and formed their families, they can devote themselves to their work and maximise their output, which is impossible for older people.

　　Undeniably, when facing an emergency or a dilemma, compared with the aged leaders, the young generation tend to be less responsible and considerable, resulting in impulsive decisions due to their immaturity. Consequently, organisations might be at risk. However, young candidates who have the potential to be the manager can be first recruited as the management trainee, and after having the professional training ranging from six months to five years, they are sure to have the capability to deal with diverse situations.

　　In conclusion, despite the defects of young managers, young people are eligible for leadership. Therefore, organisations should be encouraged to employ the young generation in top positions.
