　　分析：感謝信應(yīng)充分表達(dá)自己的謝意，切不可給對方草率的印象。可借助談對方的幫助來進(jìn)一步表達(dá)感激之情。言辭應(yīng)真摯、得體。大體可以分為三部分：1.指出對方幫助自己的事情，表示感謝;2.展開敘述這件事;3.再次感謝，并可表示希望回報(bào)對方。

　　Dear Xiao qiang,

　　I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude. I am referring to that unfortunate accident the other day, when I was knocked off my bike by a taxi.

　　If it had not been for your timely assistance in giving me first aid, I fear that the consequences might have been much serious. Everyone agrees that it was your quick-witted response in that emergency that has led to this satisfactory outcome.

　　分析：建議信是寫信人希望對解決問題有所幫助而向相關(guān)部門或者個(gè)人寫的信件，其主要目的是提出自己的意見，希望對方能夠采納并采取相應(yīng)行動(dòng)。為了達(dá)到交際目的，所提建議要合理、可行、容易讓對方接受。除此之外還需要注意語氣要和善，要與對方拉近距離而不可盛氣凌人。

　　I have been reading your newspaper for many years with a great enthusiasm and interest. It is my view that limiting/prohibiting the use of disposable plastic bags is of utmost significance.

　　To crack this hard nut, I would like to give/offer/render/propose several useful/practical recommendations as follows. 　　分析：推薦信要多寫優(yōu)點(diǎn)，充分肯定成績，篇幅不宜過長，但也不能三言兩語過于簡單。大體可以分為三步(段)：寫信目的，指出寫信人和被推薦人的關(guān)系;推薦原因(品質(zhì)，能力，性格等)：多寫優(yōu)點(diǎn)肯定成績;總結(jié)說明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任某項(xiàng)工作)。
