　　i am a slow walker，but i never walk backward.when i thought I could not go on,i forced myself to keep going.though the future is scary,you can't just run to the past because it is familiar.always remember,a man is not old as long as he's seeking something.a man is not old until regrets take the place of dreams.

　　我走得很慢，但我從不會后退。當我以為我無法繼續走下去時，我強迫自己要繼續前進。雖然未來會讓人心生恐懼，但是你不能因為習慣了過去就逃回過去。一直記著：只要一個人還有追求，他就沒有老。直到后悔取代了夢想，一個人才算老。
