申請英國留學院校需要提交申請費
第一，很多知名院校申請者太多，太多的申請材料超過學校的處理能力，學校需要雇傭大量人力來處理;
第二，避免學生海量投遞，給學校帶來不必要的審理壓力。很多學生因為學校不要申請費，會同時申請很多院校，給學校的申請系統帶來巨大的壓力，同時也增加學校的審理壓力。
基于以上兩個主要原因，很多知名院�；蛟盒５闹麑I在申請過程中需要學生提交申請費。申請費一旦繳納，大多數情況下不予退還。

英國留學辦信用卡的知識
必要性：方便國外生活
出國留學，為了使在國外的生活更加方便，建議大家出國留學前一定要辦一張Visa或Master國際信用卡。國際卡有多種信用額度，錢存在卡里，就可以在國外直接消費。大部分銀行推出的國際卡是含人民幣和美元兩個幣種的雙幣信用卡，還有的銀行推出了英鎊卡、日元卡、美元卡等。一般來說，使用留學目的地國家貨幣的信用卡當然最佳，因為不需要收取任何手續費，而如果你在英國使用以美元結算的國際卡，就可能會被收取一定的兌換手續費。對此，各銀行費率標準不一，可以咨詢后辦理。
消費理性：副卡消費更理性
一般出國留學，我們都建議大家主卡、附屬卡搭配使用。家長在自己的信用卡名下申請一張附屬卡供子女在國外使用，并根據留學目的地國家的消費水平來設置適當信用額度。這樣一來，沒有信用記錄的學生也能擁有自己的信用卡，逐步樹立在信用額度內控制自己花銷的理財觀。家長還可以通過交易短信提示和銀行月結單了解孩子的花費情況，幫助他們培養理性消費的意識，讓留學生按時還款保證良好信用記錄，還要及時查詢了解自己的信用現狀。
安全性：安全用卡防盜刷
留學一般以銀行卡形式攜匯出境，平日消費也以刷卡為主，可充分保障人身和財產的安全。在日常生活中，大家一定要小心保管卡片，卡片丟失或遇到非授權交易時馬上向發卡行掛失或報備。國內申請外幣信用卡建議大家應選擇EMV標準升級芯片，目前，很多國家都已經完成了銀行卡系統的EMV標準升級，因此在國內申請外幣信用卡時，應盡量選擇符合該標準的銀行芯片卡，防止磁條復制，保證刷卡安全。如萬事達卡組織特別為網上刷卡消費設計了“Secure Code驗證”和風險“零責任”條款，使海外持卡人能夠安全享受網上支付的便利。
