　　Jo: Hello, this is Real English from BBC Learning English, I’m Jo.

　　Jean: Hi 大家好，我是董征。歡迎收聽我們的`Real English《地道英語》節目。

　　Jo: In Real English, we look at words and phrases that you might not find in your dictionary. ….. …oh, Jean I’m bored with presenting Real English programmes…

　　Jo: Well, I’ve presented so many programmes, I just feel like I’ve been there, done that, got the T-shirt.

　　Jean: 你這個說法很有意思，啊，我知道了，你講的這個就是今天我們要學的短語吧？

　　Jo: Oh yes, I suppose it could.

　　Jean: 那你再給我們說一邊好不好，慢一點說。

　　Jo: Been there,

　　Jean: 就是已經去過了….

　　Jo: Done that,

　　Jean: 也已經做過了….

　　Jo: Got the T-shirt.

　　Jean: 連留念T-shirt都買了。那這又怎么講呢？

　　Jo: Well you use this phrase if you’re bored with something.

　　Jean: OK, 原來如果你想說你對某件事情早已經歷過，都已經厭倦了，就可以這樣說。

　　Jo: Or if you’re not very impressed with something.

　　Jean: 或者你對某件事情已經不再新鮮，都有點歷盡滄海難為水的感覺了，也可以用這個說法。

　　Insert

　　A. Shall we play Monopoly?

　　B. No, I’ve played it so many times, it’s like I’ve been there done that, got the T-shirt. Let’s play this new game instead.

　　A. Hey this website’s great – you can post messages on it for your friends

　　B. Yeah yeah, been there done that got the T-shirt – this website’s got a live chatroom and you can see video of your friends.

　　Jean: 為什么英語里有這么一個表達方式呢？

　　Jo: The expression actually comes from talking about travelling.

　　Jean: Travelling? 和旅游有關嗎？

　　Jo: Well, when you visit somewhere new you might buy a T-shirt with the name of the place on it.

　　Jean: OK, 就是說都去過經歷過了，都買了留念的T-shirt了，已經不想再去了。就是你已經 been there, done that, got the T-shirt?

　　Jo: That’s right. Well that’s all for today.
