　　Providing physical exercises should not be the schools responsibility?

　　While physical exercise is important, I do not believe that it is the school’s responsibility to provide physical training for its students.

　　That is something that everyone can take care of on his or her own.

　　Many students get plenty of physical exercise as part of their daily life or recreation. A student who bicycles ten miles to and from school does not need more exercise. A good physical education program must take a student’s outside activity into consideration. Otherwise, some students will spend valuable class hours repeating physical exercise.

　　If a school offers such activities, it also suggests that students will be graded on them. The range of possible physical activities is great: football, swimming, weight lifting, ballet, ballroom dance, yoga, skiing, horseback riding, and golf are just a few. However, the number of activities that a school could offer is small. Some students could get bad grades in physical education simply because the school could not provide an activity they enjoy or do well. This seems unfair. Research suggests that participation, not excellence, in these activities determines the physical benefits the body will get.

　　Another issue is economic. Many schools do not have the money to provide gry facilities, playing fields, and athletic equipment for their student. Other schools are located in cities where the kind of space just is not available. A few schools would rather keep money for academic purposes.

　　Schools can certainly encourage physical activity. They can provide space for activities, events, and classes for physical activities. They can encourage students to plan time away from academic studies to get some exercise. However, I think that providing exercise should not be the schools responsibility.

　　What Is the Most Appealing Feature of a Job?

　　What is the most appealing吸引人的 feature of a job? Some people claim that it is a high salary that makes a job appealing. Others believe that job satisfaction or being useful to society is more important. In my opinion, although a high wage is by no means決不 unimportant, job satisfaction has priority.

　　For a start, compared with sheer money, the satisfaction and pleasure one derives from得自, 由來 his or her work are much more fulfilling and long lasting. Almost every kind of job can provide people with money to sustain維持 their daily lives, that is, to meet their physical needs. However, only a few careers can supply people with a sense of satisfaction and satiate their psychological demands. It is this very sense of gratification滿意, not the money, that makes people feel confident, happy and optimistic. To lead a quality life, a person should attach more emphasis to job satisfaction than the salary of the job brings.

　　At the same time, focusing too much on the salary will jeopardize危害 a person's career prospects. Taking a high salary as a career goal can restrain抑制 one's initiative主動, suffocate使窒息 one's creativity and hamper妨礙 one's future development, because all that is involved is earning a living. However, a person who resolves決心 to seek pleasure and satisfaction in his or her work will go all out全力以赴 to tap his or her potential for career advancement with the utmost enthusiasm. In this sense, job satisfaction is a more powerful driving force驅動力 for a person than money.

　　Lastly, a high salary leads only to the gratification of one's personal needs, while being useful to society coincides with與...相符 the public interests. If a person regards contributing to the common good as the most important feature of a job, that person will make the utmost efforts to provide the best service for society, benefiting both the public and the individual.

　　Therefore, from the above analysis we can conclude that although a high salary is a very important feature of an appealing job, job satisfaction is of far more significance for an employee.
