Celebrating Fathers Day
The third Sunday of June every year is Fathers Day. For every child, a father is one of the most important people in life. They are not only our protectors but also our mentors and friends. On this special day, we should express our gratitude and love to our fathers.
My father is a diligent and strong man. He goes out early and comes back late every day, sacrificing a lot for the family. He never complains and always silently bears everything. When I was young, he often played with me and taught me how to behave. His words and actions have benefited me greatly.
On Fathers Day, my mother and I prepared a special gift for my father. We cooked him a delicious dinner and bought some of his favorite snacks and drinks.
