Should we be Mortgage Slave?
With the increasing of social competition, there are more and more people becoming mortgage slave. As the housing price is too high to afford and everyone wants a house to be their home, so they try every means to buy a house. This is the reason for the appearing of mortgage slave. They choose to pay by installment to afford a house. Some people are happy to have such a good way to solve the housing problem. But some are not agree with this way for some reason. In my opinion, I don’t think to be the mortgage slave is a good choice.
隨著社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益加劇，越來(lái)越多的人成為房奴。由于房?jī)r(jià)太高，很多人無(wú)法買得起房，而想要一個(gè)房子作為家則是每個(gè)人的想法，所以他們會(huì)想盡辦法買房。這就是出現(xiàn)房奴的原因。他們會(huì)選擇分期付款來(lái)買房子。有些人很高興有這樣的一個(gè)好辦法來(lái)解決住房問(wèn)題。但有些人卻有他的理由而不同意這一做法。在我看來(lái)，我不認(rèn)為 “房奴”是一個(gè)很好的'選擇。
Firstly, mortgage slave will reduce the quality of people’s life. Ignoring the housing debt, the main purpose for people to work is earning money to enjoy life. However, having the debt, they are afraid of doing everything with money, such as, they don’t dare to change job casually, they don’t dare to join the entertainment cost money, they afraid goods become expensive and so on. They will use money carefully, otherwise, the money they earn would not afford for their expense, because they have to afford the housing debt every month.
首先，房奴會(huì)降低人們的生活質(zhì)量。不考慮房債，人們工作的主要目的是賺錢來(lái)享受生活。然而，有了房債，需要到錢的事情他們都不敢做 ，比如，不敢輕易換工作，不敢參與需要花錢的娛樂(lè)，他們害怕商品價(jià)格上漲等等。他們會(huì)很小心地用錢，否則，他們掙的錢也不夠他們的消費(fèi)，因?yàn)樗麄兠總�(gè)月還得付房貸。
Secondly, being the mortgage slave will increase the pressure of human being. As we all know that living in the modern society is full of stress, but being a mortgage slave will increase their pressure. It not hard to imagine how their life would be. Nobody can live happily under great stress. It is bad for their health.
其次，房奴會(huì)增加人們的壓力。我們都知道，生活在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中已經(jīng)是壓力山大了，但要是成為房奴壓力會(huì)更大。不難想象，他們的生活會(huì)是怎么樣的。在如此大的壓力下誰(shuí)能生活得開(kāi)心呢。這對(duì)他們的健康也是不利的。
general, according to the reasons I mentioned above, I really don’t really agree with being mortgage slave. If living so unhappy, what is the purpose to own a house?
總的來(lái)說(shuō)，由于我上面提到的原因，我是真的不同意成為房奴。如果生活得那么的不開(kāi)心，要房子又有何用呢?

My view on the Negative Effects of Fake
Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, fakes appear widely on the market, they range from medicines, 3C products to cooking oil etc. More serious is that these products have entered the Realms of TV advertising, they have deeper into human’s lives.
如今，隨著科技的發(fā)展，假貨在市場(chǎng)上隨處可見(jiàn)，假貨已經(jīng)延伸到藥物，3c產(chǎn)品等，更嚴(yán)重的是這些假貨還進(jìn)入電視廣告領(lǐng)域，完全進(jìn)入人們生活。
Bad commercial advertisements will undoubtedly take large numbers of side-effect and harm to consumers. If audiences believe the false advertisement and buy the products, both their property and healthy would be damaged. In addition, fake commodities are not only extremely harmful to consumers, as well as the whole society, it break the market order, reduce the credibility of the real business ,make these kinds of product stay away from people’s trust.
這些廣告毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)的給消費(fèi)者帶來(lái)很大的負(fù)面影響和危害。觀眾相信電視上的虛假?gòu)V告，去購(gòu)買這些產(chǎn)品，不僅會(huì)人們財(cái)產(chǎn)受到損害，更危害他們身體健康。另外虛假?gòu)V告不僅給消費(fèi)者帶來(lái)傷害，還影響了整個(gè)社會(huì)。它打破市場(chǎng)秩序，令真貨商家信譽(yù)受損，讓老百姓對(duì)該商品信任度降低。
In my opinion, for the government, certain policies and measures should be taken on the spot, such as dispose the TV station of handing in money, judge the selling fake bad manufacturer criminal punishment, and prohibit the emergence of the harmful advertisement. For the audience, they should strengthen the discrimination ability of the false goods, and would not be cheated by the fake television advertising as the cheap price and convenience.
對(duì)政府而言，他們應(yīng)該盡快出臺(tái)政策和采取措施，對(duì)播放不良廣告的'電視臺(tái)采取罰錢的處置，對(duì)販賣假貨的不良廠家處于刑事處罰，以禁止這些有害廣告的出現(xiàn)。對(duì)觀眾來(lái)說(shuō)，應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)虛假?gòu)V告的辨別能力，不能因?yàn)樨潏D便宜和方便，受電視的廣告蒙蔽。
To sum up, we need to work together to make the false advertisement disappeared in our lives. For me, I will not buy the fake goods, and will report them at the first time. It is time for me to practice what my preaches about cracking down on fake goods.
總而言之，虛假?gòu)V告的消失，是需要所有人的共同努力，對(duì)我自己來(lái)說(shuō)，我不會(huì)購(gòu)買假貨，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)假貨假?gòu)V告會(huì)第一時(shí)間舉報(bào)，以自己身體力行，反對(duì)打擊假貨。
