Good morning，my dear teachers. I am very glad to be here for your interview.First of all，I'd like to introduce myself briefly to you.My name isLing , born in . My hometown is ,which is a really beautiful city. I graduated from University in 200 . Four years' university education gives me a lot of things to learn,a lot of chances to try,and a lot of practices to improve myself.It teaches me not only what to study and how to think,but also to see the importance of practical ability. When I graduated,I passed ,and then I worked as a nearly for three years. In 200 ,I participated in civil service exam and passed it.Then,I became a civil servant in till now. In the bureau ,I am engaged in work .
Generally speaking ,I am a hard working person especially do the things I am interested in. Furthermore,I am a person with great perserverence, I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. In my spare time,I often read books and listen to the music.Besides,I like playing badminton,which is an effective way I think to improve my health.
After have worked in government for four years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in Public administration.Although I have practiced my professional expertise, demonstrated my organizing abilities and perfected
my communication skills, I think at present, I can merely do many things in a superficial level, cannot be competent to do things professionally owing to lack of ample knowledge and ability. I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning .So I think further study is still urgent for me. Administrative science is playing a more and more important role in our modern society. And the Public Administration Department of Fudan University, with a highly qualified faculty and strong academic environment, is the place I have long admired. I think my career will benefit from a good public administration education in this university. If I am given a chance,I will spare no effort to master a good command of this discipline.

First I will talk something about myself.
I am Ling and now I am 30. My hometown Yancheng lies in the northeast of Jiangsu Province which is famous for David’s deer and Red crown crane. I graduated from Nanking University in 2006 (two thousand and six) and worked as a civil servant in 2009.( two thousand and six).The comission I work in now is near Gaoyou River, which is famous for its fishery products. It is my honour to invite the professors present to Gaoyou River, eating native food and enjoying beautiful scenery.
Sometimes I felt that there is a potential link between the China University of Mining and Technology and me. I used to work in Yancheng Normal University. It is my former colleague and best friend who graduated from this university introduced me this chance to take part in the post-graduate entrance examination and apply for a MPA degree. I valued this as a best approach to improve my knowledge and skills, that’s why I work hard to pass the exam.
My wife got her MA degree in 2011.(two thousand and eleven), and now she works as an English teacher.. I felt motivated by her experience that her postgraduate education helps a lot in her work, And I have an idea that I need the more knowledge and skills to better serve the public. No wonder becoming a Master of Public Administration became my first choice. I could make my work more worthwhile through this.
The central objective of our government is enabling people live better lives, which can only be achieved by constructing a service-oriented government. I believe the reason why a civil servant is called so is that it is our duty to serve the society. This is a real practice rather than empty words. My idea of becoming a MPA is not impulsive, since I realized that only by combining the necessary theory in public administration with my everyday work can effectiveness and excellent performance in work be achieved. Obviously, what I knew about this subject is skin-deep. However, I believe that through my diligence, I can make my own contributions to the China Dream.

MY BACKGROUND:
I was born in a small village of Shan Dong Province on April 4th, 1968. When I was young, my family was very poor, so I had to the middle school.
1993-present, I was employed by China Kingdom Import and Export Corporation to be the Manger of Financial and Accounting Division.
I do believe that with my hard early life, solid educational background and ample working experience, I would be an excellent student of you MBA program.
MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT:
After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and WHY CHOOSE YOUR MBA PROGRAM?
After I have worked in businearea for eight years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in busineadministration. I have practiced my professional expertisein accounting, demonstrated my leadership abilities and perfected my communication skills. But I have yet to become an entrepreneur in my own right, and to fully master the art of modern business. I want to be trained more vigorously in scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. There are a lot of opportunities and challenges in become a new era for me.

I was born in Shanghai on Feb. 19, 1998. So I am a Shanghainese, but I think I am also a person of Harbin, because I spent four years studying in Harbin, is so-called eastern Moscow. Besides, my wife is a downright Harbin person. My major is involved in power science and engineering. The undergraduate education gave me a wide range of vision and taught me how to cooperate with others by working in the student union. I developed several professional interests in electric and machine. The following seven-year working experience offered me a good chance to give full play to my intelligence and diligence. In 2020, I passed the country examination, then joined civil service. I do believe that with my solid educational background and broad working experience, I would be an excellent student of you MPA program.
WHY CHOOSE MPA PROGRAM?
After I have worked in government for seven years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in public administration. I have practiced my professional expertise in inspection, demonstrated my organizing abilities and perfected my communication skills. But I have yet to become a manager or a leader in the bureau. I want to be trained more vigorously in public administration. I strongly think my politics career will benefit from a good public administration education in your university.
