　　(一)Dreams and Reality

　　When we talk about dreams, we are so excited, we have many dreams, such as being a famous person, traveling around the world and so on. Dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams, we have motivation to fight for our life. The opposite side of dream is reality, we have to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life. Reality always frustrates us to be successful. We need to balance them. First, we need to face reality, though it is not ideal, we live in a world, we have to know exactly who we are. Second, to make our dreams come true, we need to adjust our dreams according to the reality。

　　當我們談到夢想的時候，會感到很興奮，我們有很多理想，比如成為一個出名的人，環游世界等等。夢想是我們一生所追求的，擁有夢想，我們才有動力為生活奮斗。與夢想相反的另一面就是現實，我們不得不每天面對現實，現實是我們生活中所覺察到的。現實總是讓我們在成功的路上受挫。我們需要平衡他們。第一，我們需要面對現實，雖然不理想，但是我們是生活在世界上，需要清楚地知道自己是誰。第二，為了實現我們的夢想，我們需要根據現實調整夢想。

　　(二)I want to be a tour guide

　　I want to be a tour guide because Beijing will host the 2008 Olympic Games. There will be many people to come to China from all over the world. Most of them don’t know Chinese. They want to visit many interesting places in China. I can be one of the guides. I can make much money, too. How happy I will be! So from now on , I must study hard. I am going to learn English every day. I will try my best to make it come true.

　　譯文：我想成為一名導游

　　我想成為一個導游，因為北京將舉辦2008屆奧運會。將有許多人從世界各地來到中國。他們中的大多數不懂中文。他們希望訪問中國的許多有趣的地方。我可以成為一個導游。我也可以賺很多錢。我會多么的高興!所以從現在起，我必須努力學習。我每天都要學英語。我會盡我所能讓它成真。

　　(三)Study and play

　　Everyone has to study, going to school occupies a lot of people’s time, before they go to work, they need to study in the school. In China, students work very hard, for they have a lot of pressure, they have many exams to take, so students are immerged into the books all the time. While studying all the time is not good for students, they need to go out of the classroom and take in some fresh air. The outside world is beautiful, they can play with their friends, watching movies, taking a break now and then. Play can make study better, students can have new idea, so they won’t stuck in the unsolved problem. Study needs to combine with play。

　　每個人都要學習，上學占據了很多人的時間，在他們工作前，他們需要在學校上學。在中國，學生很努力學習，因為他們有很大的壓力，他們有很多的考試，因此學生整天埋頭苦讀。然而整天學習并不利于學生，他們需要走出教室，呼吸新鮮的空氣。外面的世界很美，他們可以和朋友玩，看看電影，時而不時的休息下。玩耍能讓學習更有效率，學生可以有新的注意，這樣他們就不會被無法解決的難題困住。學習要和玩耍結合起來。

　　(四)The importance of water

　　Of all the things we eat and drink, water is the most important. We can live without food for many days, but two or three days without water, usually makes people die.

　　However, not all of people understand this. They keep throwing rubbish into the rivers or lakes . Some factories even pour waste water into the river. As a result, many rivers and lakes have become so dirty that the water is no longer safe for people to drink .

　　Let’s do our best to keep the water clean to save ourselves .

　　譯文：水的重要性

　　在我們吃的和喝的東西中，水是最重要的。我們可以在沒有食物的情況下生活很多天，但兩個或三天沒有水，通常會使人死亡。

　　然而，并不是所有的人都明白這一。他們不斷向河流或湖泊扔垃圾。有些工廠甚至把廢水倒入河中。因此，許多河流和湖泊變得如此骯臟，水不再是安全的人喝。

　　(五)Enjoy the game

　　Once I saw the TV show, it was about the fathers and their kids having the match, they were separated by five groups and compete for the match. At first, they were competing happily, but as the game came to the end, the last group was so worried. The father inspired his kid to stick on and finish the match, while the kid was crying because he knew he must be the last. After the match, the father told his kid that winning was not the most important thing for the match, the first thing was to enjoy the game and finish it, the result was not that important. I agree with the father, the child must be endowed with the consciousness that to enjoy the game is more important than to win. Every match can only have one win, but we can enjoy every match。

　　曾經我看到一個電視節目，那是關于爸爸和孩子在比賽，他們分成五個組，在進行比賽。一開始，他們比得很開心，但是隨著比賽來到結尾，最后的那組顯得很著急。爸爸鼓勵他的孩子堅持完成比賽，然而孩子卻在哭泣，因為他知道他肯定是最后一名。比賽過后，爸爸告訴孩子，對于比賽來說，贏不是最重要的，最重要的是享受比賽，并且完成它，結果也不是那么的重要。我同意那位爸爸的話，孩子必須要有這樣的意識，享受比賽比贏得比賽更為重要。每個比賽只有一個贏家，但是我們可以享受每場比賽。

　　讓我們盡最大努力保持水的清潔，以拯救我們自己。
