Exercise: Letter Text Reconstruction
The left column contains strings of words. The words come from a letter that has been broken down to just words. If you read it all you will get a good idea of what the letter was about. Your task is to reconstruct the letter by editing directly in the left column.
Dear Mr. Jones,

4. therefore we like invite you meet marketing department executives
5. we would like to discuss ideas new promotions
6. this be a preliminary meeting

This would be a preliminary meeting, not a paid consultation. If you like us and we like you, there are good chances that we will collaborate on a major project that we will soon start working on.
We hope you can make yourself available sometime next week, preferably Tuesday or Thursday. Please inform us about your availability so that we can set a firm time and date.
