1. (To) Hit the books
從字面意思看，它表示撞擊正在閱讀的書籍，然而， 這個俚語在學生群體中十分常見，特別是美國那些功課繁重的大學生。它僅僅表達“學習”的意思，而且是一種告訴你的伙伴自己要學習的方式，可用在期末考試、期中考試甚至是一場英語測試時。

2. (To) Hit the sack
