Travel agent: Al right, let's get your ticket booked ! First of all, what day do you want to fly?
Alex: Let's try for the 28th.
Travel agent: Do you want to fly in the morning, the afternoon, or the evening?
Alex: Well, there's a company shuttle to the airport but it doesn't start running until 9AM. So, let's say around noon.
Travel agent: Okay. I see a flight that departs at 11:50AM that connects through Tokyo.
Alex: Do you have any direct flights?
Travel agent: No, all of them either go through Tokyo, Seoul, or Seattle.
Alex: Then the 11:50 flight is fine.
Travel agent: I'll just need to see a picture ID, so I can enter the correct personal information.
Alex: Good thing I brought my passport. Here you go.
Travel agent: Do you prefer a window seat or an aisle seat?
Alex: A window seat, please!
Travel agent: Any special dietary restrictions? Kosher? Vegetarian?
Alex: No special restrictions.
