雅思考試怎么退考或轉考

• 在報名截止日期之前，考生可以登錄教育部考試中心雅思報名網站辦理轉考(僅限于更改考試日期和/或考點)或退考手續并支付手續費用。手續費用為不超過25%的考試費用。
• 不同考試(雅思考試、用于英國簽證及移民的雅思考試、用于英國簽證及移民的雅思考試學術類機考、雅思生活技能類考試)之間無法直接轉考，如您需要報考其他考試，請在報名截止日期之前取消已經注冊的考試后重新報考。
• 在報名截止日期之后考生因為醫療以外的原因申請退考將無法收到部分退款。如果考生因為醫療原因需要在報名截止日期之后申請退考，需在筆試考試日期前聯絡教育部考試中心雅思考試全國服務熱線(電話：010-82345671，電子郵箱：ielts@mail.neea.edu.cn，服務時間：周一到周五：08:30 – 17: 00;周六(筆試日)：07:30-13:00)提出退考申請，并按照要求在規定的時限內提供醫療證明材料。考生只有罹患嚴重的疾病才可以申請退考，且需要提供寫明在考試當日無法出席考試的醫療證明原件。教育部考試中心雅思考試全國服務熱線保留審查考生證明材料并決定是否批準部分退款的權利。筆試考試日期之后、或考生已經參加任何考試科目之后將不再受理任何退考申請。
• 在報名截止日期之后不再受理轉考申請。
