　　社會中性話題的作文主題，主要論述的就是社會上的一件事、一個現象，這個事件和現象命運明顯的感情和態度色彩，只是一件事而已。通常來說，圖表作文表述的都為社會中性話題。我們以20xx年12月的兩道四級作文真題為例：
