Peoples opinions differ greatly concerning this phenomenon.

Is it wise to judge a person by their appearance?
判斷一個人的外貌是明智的嗎?
Itis definitely not。
這絕對不是有很多原因來解釋這一現(xiàn)象。
Thereare numerous reasons explaining this phenomenon.
首先，雖然良好的外觀有助于讓別人在第一次見面時留下好印象，善良和內(nèi)心的思想是對所有生命的時間交朋友最重要的。
First and foremost, although good appearance is helpful to leave others agood impression in the first meeting, kindness and inner thought are the mostimportant to make friends for all life time.
其次，許多事實(shí)表明迷人的外表有些人沒有成功案例，雖然沒有英俊的外表別人實(shí)現(xiàn)很多。
Secondly,many facts reflect that some people with charming appearance make no successfulevents, while others without handsome appearance achieve a lot.
最后但notthe最少，隨著科學(xué)和技術(shù)，整形手術(shù)可以改變一個人的外表，所以也許人們酸味只改變其外觀但不發(fā)展他們的`美德。
Last but notthe least, with thedevelopment of science and technology, plastic surgery can change onesappearance, so maybe the people with sourness only alter their appearance but not develop their virtue。
誠然，這是不明智的判斷一個人的外貌。
Admittedly, it is unwise tojudge a person by their appearance.
所以人們應(yīng)該有更多的與他人找到他們內(nèi)在的思想之美。
So people should have more communicationwith others to find the beauty of their inner thought。

Strengthening the Sense of Social Responsibility
Each individual is closely related to and bears obligations to others - that is what we call social responsibility. The sense of social responsibility is very important to us. If everyone has a good sense of social responsibility, we can build a better social and a more prosperous country.
How can sense of social responsibilty be strengthened? To start with, children should be taught about good moral outlook, so that when they grow up, they become law-abiding and responsible citizens. Furthermore, the humanistic education is vital, especially for university students because they are the future pillars of our country. Last but no least, it is necessary to encourage people to care for others, help others through all kinds of propaganda.
If all the citizens have a sound sense of social responsibility, it is hopeful that the world will enjoy a better future. Therefore, let's take our social responsibility and contribute to our society.
