In conclusion， let’s go out there to make things happen， just as thesaying goes：“Be the change you want to see in the world.”

Listening Is More Important Than Talking

As researchshows， 70% to 80% of our lifetime is spent on certain kinds ofcommunication， such as writing， speaking and listening. Among these， listening isactually the most important technique.
Then why is it that listening is more important than talking? Firstly， when wemake acquaintance of someone， listening helps us understand others better and thus winningfriendship. Secondly， knowing the art of listening can facilitate communication and avoidconflict with people on intimate terms， such as our parentsand spouse. Last but not least， if we obey the principle of listening in the workplace， we are morelikely to do the right thing and avoid detours.
Therefore， it is safe to say that listening from the bottom of our hearts canbring us a lot of benefits. I would like to quote the legend John Rockefeller‘s words， which I can’t agree more， to end myessay：“A little practice in listening can produce amazing results.”

Recently， what has become a heated social topic is lifelong learning. Viewson that vary from person to person， while I thinklearning needs continuous accumulation after we have recognized the uncoveredmeaning of learning.
First of all， what is learning? It is revealed as a process of gaining knowledge in the dictionary; actually， thisprocess is acknowledged as acquiring academic knowledge， practicalliving skills as well as life experience by me. However， in practice， we havenever failed to absorb enormous knowledge everyda which， to someextent， is beyond our comprehension。 That is to say， digestingthose knowledge as well as making the best use of it will undoubtedly take sometime. Therefore， lifelong learning consists of daily progress. Moreover， it keeps usrefreshing and enrich our mind as time passes by.
From what has been mentioned above， learning isundeniably a lifetime mission which demands daily accumulation and is of greatimportance.

Furthermore, according to a latest survey conductedby an authority on the Internet, 95 percent of people interviewed answered thatindividual happiness and success can not exist without life-long learning. Inaddition, an increasing number of people come to realize the value ofpersistent learning. A case in point is those aged citizens having been retriedfrom work, who seek to learn Chinese drawing, calligraphy and Peking drama, sothat their life after retirement can be meaningful, full of colors.
Taking into account the analysis above, we can safely draw a conclusionthat where there is leaning, there is life-long happiness.
