我是XX小學的XXX。今天我很榮幸坐在這發言，感謝領導給我這個機會。其實，我只是一名普普通通的小學英語教師。在十年嗑嗑絆絆的小學英語教學中，我不斷學習探究，逐漸積累了一些對小學英語教學的個人經驗。今天有機會和大家一起探討，我感到很高興，如果說的不當之處，還請各位多多包涵。
在這次全市小學英語優質課比賽中，共有14節詞匯課。14位教師每一位都能認真鉆研教材，抓住重難點教學，努力了解學生，完成任務教學。各位老師各盡所能，各展其才，給我們帶來14節優秀的課。下面，我就從三個方面對這些課做一下小小的點評：
一、對詞匯課的認識
詞匯課聽起來好象是單純教幾個單詞，但在語言教學中我們應把握這樣一個原則：詞不離句，句不離境。這兩句話說的什么意思？就是說在教學中教單詞的同時，離不開句子的教學，教語句的同時不能脫離環境的創設。在這次比賽中，我們7號老師和9號老師就做的相當不錯。7號老師教授的是四種水果：pear，orange，watermelon和peach。她利用猴子了一個cai課件創設情景，在教單詞的同時，展示兩個動物朋友喜不喜歡，從而引出句子：do you like……？yes，i do。/no，i don’t，同時讓學生去扮演角色。角色扮演完后，自然過渡到調查周圍同學。這樣的安排給人一種水到渠成的感覺。9號老師教的是四個形容詞：big，small，long和short。她帶領我們進入了動物園：看見大象學生就扮演：hi，i’m elephant。 i’m big�？匆姾镒訉W生就扮演：hello，i’m monkey。 i’m small�？匆娚邔W生就扮演：hello，i’m snake。 i’m long。看見小白兔學生就扮演：hi，i’m rabbit。 i have a short tail…學生興趣高，也非常積極主動去運用英語交際。
二、對詞匯課課堂結構的認識
一節好的課，首先要教學思路清晰，目的明確，重難點突出。我們小學英語教學過程大致可分為以下幾塊：
1、warm—up熱身讓學生通過游戲、chant、歌曲等進行一個暖身，調動學生的學習興趣。
2、preview/revision預習或復習可對過去的相關知識進行一下回顧展示
3、presentation and practice主要是呈現新知，教授新知，并能利用各種教學手段和教學方法對所學知識進行鞏固操練。在這14位參賽教師中，1號，4號，6號，8號，9號，10號，11號，13號等老師，她們運用了competation 、chant 、tpr 、look and match、
listen and point、 listen and draw 、guessing game和task—based等教學方法，采取了師生操練、小組操練、生生操練等多種形式，給人一種多姿多彩的感覺。特別提出的是6號和10號老師，她們可能不是英語專業畢業的老師，但她們能充分利用空中資源，和學生一起學習，一起做游戲，共同操練，這很值得讓我們去借鑒。
4、consolidation and extension就是對我們所學的知識做一個總結和拓展。
這幾部教學環節相輔相成，互相聯系。教學時我們可以用簡單的游戲、歌曲甚至是短短的幾句課堂用語就能將它們自然銜接，慢慢過渡，但有很多老師常常忽視這些，使的下一個環節出現的有點突然。比賽中我認為做的比較好的有X號等老師。
三、關于課堂教學細節的`處理
優秀的課堂之所以優秀，除了教學結構外，還有細節的獨特處理，就如人一樣，七分長相三分打扮。如1號、2號、10號老師的cai課件，4號和9號老師獨特新穎的詞卡，4號和13號老師漂亮的板書設計，11號和12號老師多樣的評價語，13號和14號老師完整的評價體系（形成性評價與終結性評價相結合），5號和12號老師好聽的語音語調，特別是12號老師夸張的語音語調和態勢語，這些都留給了我們每一個在場的老師深刻的印象。
總的說來，各位老師都能較好的完成教學任務，但是也存在不少問題，需要去改善：
1、加強自身學習，少犯知識性錯誤。盡量運用簡短的英語，讓學生聽懂指令。
2、缺少對語言情境的創設，各個知識點之間出現一定的塊面，如果能夠一條線索貫穿起來就更加好了。
3、對學生的小組活動需加強指導，培養學生用英語交流的習慣。
4、要探究對課堂知識的拓展。
5、應注重細節的處理，如板書設計、學生座位的安排、評價語的多樣化等。
今天，在王老師的組織安排下，我們聚在一起共同學習。感謝各位領導對我們工作的支持與理解，也感謝王老師為我們全市老師們和學生們在不到一年的時間里提供了多次展示自我的舞臺。我相信，在王老師的領導下，我們仙桃市小學英語會有更大的進步。謝謝！
