隨著科技的發展，人們能接觸到各種各樣的高科技。電視就是其中一個，打從電視的出現，人們可以更加了解世界，但是也給人們帶來了很多樂趣。電視節目五彩紛呈，有有關政治、科學、經濟、體育、人文的，當然還有很多歷史性的節目。其中最吸引我的是“百家講壇”。
“百家講壇”吸引我，不僅是因為它的趣味性，更是因為它所包含的豐富人文知識。在趣味性方面，比之書本古文的.晦澀，節目中聽學術大家的講解更通俗易懂。當然其趣味性還體現在對故事情節的生動具體化。毋庸置疑，百家講壇這一節目開闊了我們的視野。從劉心武關于紅樓夢的研究中我們可以增長一些關于中國文學的知識。通過易中天對三國演義的論述，我們可以更好的了解歷史。而于丹對論語的觀點解析，則有助于我們對儒家思想的認識。
感謝“百家講壇”，讓我在學習人文知識的同時，也讓我從中收獲快樂。同時也感謝大家對我演講內容的關注。
My favorite TV program
As the fast development of the technology, people can have access to all kinds of high technologies. TV is one of them, since the being of the TV, people can know more about the world and TV brings people a lot of fun. we all know, nowadays that there is a variety of television program. Usually, they are something about politics, economics, physical culture, literature and so on. Of course ,there are some programs about history. What attracted me most is “baijiajiangtan” This program is charming, not only by its interesting ways to introduce literature, but also by the amplification of knowledge and history. In aspect of the entertainment, it makes the story or the viewpoint in the book more lively. Obviously, it is more easier to understand than read the Chinese old words by ourselves. There is no doubt that it broadens our horizons. We can gain more knowledge about Chinese literature from the study of “The Red Chamber Dream” by LiuXinwu. We can know better about the history by watching this program when YiZhongtian talked something about "Romance of the Three Kingdoms". But for YuDan’s opinion of the confucian analects, we can have a better understangding of Confucianism.

Christmas is coming, and this afternoon, my mother and I are delighted to go to the lianhua supermarket to buy a Christmas tree.
When we got there, we took the lift to the second floor with the crowd. The green Christmas tree is in front of our eyes, and the cupboard next to it is full of beautiful Christmas presents, which dazzle people.
My mother and I chose a Christmas tree, and it was taller than I was. Then, we began to carefully select some fine pieces to decorate the Christmas tree. Today things are different. The world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive.
We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left. Yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are caught.We know that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear. Yet, we continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees. We see that if rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die. Yet, waste products are still put into rivers.
We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate, in a few years, there won't be enough food.What can we do to solve these problems?
If we eat more vegetables and less meat, there will be more food available. Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are kept.
Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them.
The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods of birth control.
Finally, if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a better and cleaner planet in the future.

One the one hand, people living a fast pacelife are easier to get success. The people who are got used to in a hurry allthe time will have more time to do the things that they want. And most of the mare active. They have more opportunity to enjoy the happiness of success.However, they also lose something when they are hurry to pursue success. They forget to stop to enjoy life itself or treasure the beautiful scenery in theirlife. As a result, those people always have lots of success, but lack of love.
一方面，生活在快節奏的人更容易取得成功。那些習慣了總是匆匆忙忙的人會有更多的時間做他們想做的事。而且他們大部分都是很積極的。他們有更多的機會享受到成功的喜悅。然而，在他們急于追求成功的同時，他們也失去了一些東西。他們忘了停下來享受生活本身或珍惜他們生命中美麗的風景。結果，那一類人總是獲得很多的成功，卻缺乏愛。
On the other hand, people who living a slow pace always can enjoy their life and be happy. The slow coaches always are more tolerant to themselves and others. They would have less stress for themselves,which may bring better mental and physical health. If they don’t push themselves to finish task, they will have more time to enjoy the beautiful scenery around their life and taste life. But, this kind of people will have less chance to be successful, because they don’t put their mind on it.
另一方面，那些生活節奏緩慢的人們總是可以享受生活并且很快樂。性子慢總是對自己和別人都比較寬容。他們會給自己更少的'壓力，這可能會會讓他們的身心都更健康。如果他們不強迫自己完成的任務，他們將有更多的時間去欣賞周圍美麗的景色、品味人生。但是，這種類型的人成功的機會比較小，因為他們不把心思放在那上面。
To sum up, the pace of life just is people’schoice. It is their life concept. There is nothing good or bad. But as for me,I may prefer a slower pace of life. It is just personal hobby.
