　　Early in the morning, when I searched the Internet, I found there were many news about the Nanking Massacre, our country’s flag had low down half, for the purpose of commemorating the people who were killed during that hard time. The massacre is such brutal, about 300 thousand people died, it is shame for our country, the Japanese who did the massacre deny their brutal act all the time. As the time went by, Some Japanese want to clear his criminal with denying it, but we can’t forget the pain, we must remember it all the time, so that we learn the lesson and be strong. For those 300 thousand people, it will unrespect to them if they are forgotten, we must respect history, now we are still fight against the Japanese government.

　　一大早，當我上網的時候，我發現有很多關于南京大屠殺的新聞，我們的國旗降了一半，為了紀念在那個艱難時期被殺害的人。這場屠殺很殘忍，大約30萬人遇害，對于我們國家來說是多么恥辱啊，實行大屠殺的那些日本人一直以來都否認他們這么殘忍的行為。隨著時間的流逝，有些日本人想要通過否認來清除他們的罪行，但是我們無法忘記這樣的痛，我們必須一直銘記，這樣才學到教訓，變得強大。對于30萬人來說，忘記他們就是不尊重他們，我們必須尊重歷史，如今我們仍然在和日本政府做斗爭。

　　減肥的正確方法 The Right Way to Lose Weight

　　People around me are talking about their weight, they always worry about their body shapes, they show me how hard they have been struggling with their appetites, when they want to eat, they just refuse to the delicious food. In my opinion, people should not depress their appetites, they need to eat when they are hungry. The right way to lose weight is not to refuse the food, on the contrary, people should eat it, but not eat over what they can bear. The person who doesn’t take in food when they are hungry will hurt their stomach, in the long run, when they eat food, they will get fat soon, what’s more, their bodies become weeker. Besides eating the appropriate food, people also need to take exercise, they need to do the regular exercise so that they can keep fit. The right way to lose weight can help people stay healthy.

　　Have you ever been to the tower of London? I feel very curious about it. I hope I can have a chance to have a look. It is said that it is the symbol of British Royalty and built in 1087. It has been the World Cultural Heritage. It was the palace of ruler. James I is the last owner. But it was used for many purposes after no rulers living in it, such as, fort, armory, treasury, observatory, prison and so on. Now it is one of the most popular historical cite in British. The yeoman warders manage it now. There are seven ravens in it as lucky mascot. No one is allowed to come in or go out at night because of the Ancient legend. Every night they will hold the old lock ceremony. How am I not interested in such place?

　　文明旅游 Behaved Tourism

　　When holiday comes, thousands of people pour into the tourist sites, they want to relax themselves and enjoy the beautiful scenery. But Chinese people have a bad habit, they like to leave some notes on the site, proving them have been here before. Such a behavior has been criticized by the public, because the leaving note will damage the preservation of the tourist site. Most of the tourist sites are part of our country’s historical relics, these sites are priceless, it is everyone’s duty to protect the sites. When we go to travel, we should behave ourselves. First, we need to have the idea that no rubbish being leaved behind when we leave the site. We should take away what we bring, keep the environment clean. Second, no any notes being written in the sites. Though in the old days, Chinese workers like to leave their names on the sites, but now it is a new world, we need to behave ourselves.

　　當節假日到來的時候，成千上百的人聚集在旅游景點，他們想要放松，享受美麗的風景。但是中國人有一個壞習慣，他們喜歡在景點留下一些記號，證明曾經在此旅游。這樣的行為遭到了大眾的批評，因為留下的記號會破壞景點的保存。大部分景點是國內的歷史文物，是無價的`，保護文物是每一個人的責任。當文明旅游時候，應該要規范自己的行為。第一，文明需要有這樣的觀念，當我們離開景點時，不能留下垃圾，拿走帶來的一切。第二，不在景點留下記號。雖然在古代，中國的文人喜歡留下他們的名字，但是現在是新時代，我們要規范自己的行為。

　　學會放棄Learn to Give Up

　　There is a famous song called Never Say Never, it is one of my favorite songs. The lyrics tell people no matter what happens, never to give up, then you will be successful if you are stick on. Before, I believe in those words, I think if people insist, they can do everything. But last week, I saw a TV show, a scholarship told people to learn to give up sometimes, and they could gain more. He explained that he met a boy who was not good at studying, but he was skilled in cooking, so he encouraged the boy to give up studying the major that he was not good at and learned to be a cook. And now, the boy is a famous cook, it proves that give up is not a bad thing, people need to find the right place, or they will not successful.

　　有一首有名的歌叫《永不言棄》，那是我最喜歡的歌之一。歌詞告訴人們無論發生了什么，永遠不要放棄，然后你才會成功，如果你不放棄的話。以前，我相信這些話，我覺得如果人們堅持，他們可以做任何事情。但是上周，我看了一個電視節目，一位學者告訴人們有時候要學著去放棄，他們可以得到更多。他解釋道他遇見過一個男子，擅長做飯，但是并不擅長學習，所以他鼓勵男孩子去放棄他并不擅長的專業，學著去成為一名廚師。現在，男孩是一名出名的廚師，這證明了放棄并不是一件壞事，人們需要找到正確的位置，不然他們不會成功。
