　　簽證的有效期：簽證的`有效期，是指從簽證簽發(fā)之日起到以后的一段時間內(nèi)準(zhǔn)許持有者入境的時間期限，超過這一期限，該簽證就是無效簽證。一般國家發(fā)給3個月有效的入境簽證，也有的國家發(fā)給1個月有效的入境簽證。有的國家對簽證有效期限制很嚴(yán)，如德國只按申請日期發(fā)放簽證。過境簽證的有效期一般都比較短。
